A bit pricey but really great

Great staff, amazing breakfast. The room was big enough for the kids to watch tv and us to work on the other side. The terraza was great even though we could not use the jacuzzi because of the weather.

Great stay, stand out breakfast!! Loved the cappuccinos! We walked from the train station, about a mile and half, taxi line was ridiculous. A bit of walk, but went slow and took in the views, right past the Duomo. A great bonus we had a balcony with a view of that great Duomo! Nice to stay a bit outside the chaos of the center city, and tons of cute shops and a co op market just around the corner. Only downsides internet and tv did not work, and walls were thin, but every one was very quiet.

There's no working air conditioning. We had to open the terrace door to have cold aiir and mo.quitos enter the room. The hair blower was working erratically

This is a wonderful hotel in Florence! Me and my family of four stayed in the quadruple room. It was clean, comfortable and spacious with excellent air conditioning. They also had a great breakfast buffet! We will definitely stay here again when we are in Florence.

We stayed in the penthouse with the hot tub and amazing view of the Duomo. Beautifully decorated room. delicious breakfast and a welcome bottle of wine. I will definitely return!

This hotel was a great hotel to stay in. Big room like it is in the states and breakfast was included. The only downside to this hotel is it is further than we realized to the attractions and minor noises from the water pipes. Overall we would stay here again without any hesitation. It was a wonderful stay!!!! The reception and employees were great and welcoming!

A lovely hotel outside Firenze city centre in a quiet neighbourhood. All amenities within walking distance. Staff were welcolming and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. A wide selection of tasty food for breakfast. There was ample storage for luggage. All in all a great experience. We loved it.
