Excellent service

The staff was rude. Basic amninites wernt available, there was no way to contact the reception for any needs. I would never want to stay at such a hotel again.

Warm, quiet and clean room. Breakfast was good and the airport transfer went very smoothly.

Bra hotell, dålig shuttle från Arlanda

So convenient to have an included airport shuttle as it eliminated stress. Included breakfast had a variety of options and rooms were a decent size. Important to note: the hotel is far from the city centre. I travelled with 3 friends so found it easier and cheaper to uber to the city centre and split the cost than to take buses or AirPort Express bus.

The scrambled eggs were made from powder, the bacon was too thin and thus dried out when kept warm and was only perceived as greasy, the chicken sausages were dry and actually tasteless, the bread selection was substandard, no pancakes, quark yogurt with sour jam.

BEWARE! Do not book here. Hotel is not close to airport and they do not offer free shuttle as advertised - it just doesn’t show up! It’s not accessible by public transportation. Shuttle never picked us up on multiple occasions and that was after hotel apparently called them. The hotel told us to pay for uber and they would refund us - now they are refusing to! They are not refunding any part of our stay. They are trying to say they paid for our taxi and that is all they will do, which is not what we agreed to. The taxi was offered because we wanted to end our stay early and go elsewhere since they could not offer reliable shuttle. They even asked other guests and confirmed the shuttle never came. We didn’t even get to stay the first night because it took us 4 hours to get there (waiting for shuttle and Ubers). Stay literally anywhere else or it will cost you a fortune and waste your time/ruin your trip. Every other hotel in the area had reliable shuttle but this one.

Room was spotless, quiet, all necessities were there. Was a very late arrival, so bit confusing with figuring out how to find room after self log-in, but got it figured out once my very tired travel brain kicked in.

Straff was terrible. Room was stinking
