Jessie was extremely helpful and cheerful even though he was the only one working. He looked after the breakfast, people checking out, held the door for us and even brought ice to our room all with a smile on his face!

We arrived at 2:50 in the afternoon and were told the room would not be ready until 3:30…. I don’t buy the excuse for that, but what do you do? We weere placed in a basement room. OK, but for the tiny window…..would have been nice to receive a heads up Breakfast was poor at best. Told one employee did not come in, but two workers…looked like managers spent the entire morning in the back office and only came out if we told them of a problem….you know like no forks, no eggs etc….. Horrible customer service….

Everything was great, 5/5, however, the breakfast had no eggs! Sausage and mainly continental, sugary stuff. They said they missed the "egg" delivery. The only hot food they had was toast, waffles and sausages. Unfortunately, I cannot eat those but can eat eggs. We will go back, but making sure eggs are on the menu for breakfast next time. The room was nice and the service was excellent!

Modern well appointed rooms. Comfortable beds and a.c.easily adjusted.

I’ve stayed here before and in a much nicer, cleaner room years ago. This was not same experience I had this time. The room did not look clean. Also, the room is too small for a window air conditioner to be situated directly beside the bed.

Clean room, great service for parking vehicle, didn't have the breakfast but sure smelled great.🙂

Friendly staff and good breakfast and parking are the pros. Location is amazing, but wouldn't stay here again because the property, and rooms, are dated, musty and dirty.

The the hotel was close to everything couple of nice restaurants close by and really beautiful waterfront

No complaints at all really. Our first breakfast wasn't the best, only sausages, no butter second day was spot on though so made up for first day. It’s a nice hotel close to the marina and board walk. A tad dated. No pool. I would recommend this hotel, price was fair too.

Great stay!

The room was tiny, I had to walk sideways between the bottom of the bed and the TV. There wasn't a dresser or chair. The window looked out onto the brick wall. I don't understand why they put through a "security deposit" against my credit card, and then credited my account two days later. Most hotels just hold the card number for damages.

Great hotel, beautiful place to stay. 2 minutes walk to the waterfront. Will stay again

2nd time we have atayed here. Excellent location. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Clean, comfortable and very nice staff Free parking and free basic breakfast. Everything you could need. Highly recommend

To be quite honest, the pictures are very deceiving. Upon arrival, parking is a pain and if you do park behind the hotel, you're likely next to the big dumpster unit from the restaurant next door. Checking in was fine. Exterior has a lot of weeds. Again, not like the pictures. As we checked in got our hotel key. It was a staircase up one level. What really threw me off is that the latch of every door of every clean room was open on this floor. Once we walked in to the room it was smaller than my bedroom. Very condensed toilet. Had stains on the inside shower dirt and grime grout needing cleaning. Very unexpected from the pictures. We made the best of it but we're be sure to got out of there quick. Was not worth cheaping out. Always were very dated again. Everybody's open room for the rooms ever clean on that floor. The doors are open. Very weird.

The staff were helpful and always available. The room was nice and comfortable. Definitely recommend it.

The Hotel was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Very convenient location. Love how the renovations acknowledge the history of the Inn and inform the guests of that history. Bit of a challenge getting luggage from back parking lot into hotel.

Everything was great, but parking at the hotel is limited. Had to park a block away the second night as the hotel lot was full. Wasn’t an issue since it was nice weather at 11:30pm and not too far to walk. The hotel gave a pass to bypass the fee to park. All in all we had a great stay and it was just a quick drive to the casino to see our concert. Nice drive from NY as well.
