The property is going through some repairs but overall the room and service were very good.

The front counter staff tried to give me a lesser room than the one i paid for. Then, tv was not working. When I attempted to plug it in, the tv fell off the wall mount. Then, the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. This was the only reason i was able to make use of the miniBar I PAID FOR, they wanted to charge me extra. I honestly wouldve left had i not already paid in full my entire week, also non-refund. For the 23k in mxn pesos that i paid, i expected better.

It's located on the beach, very nice view. The hotel is a little outdated. The gym door doesn't open easily.

Me gustó el trato del staff, la playa es muy bonita, pero dejaron que algunos huespedes llevaran bebidas y una bocina a la piscina.

Great time and experience

Soy un cliente frecuente voy al menos 2 veces al año, el staff es de los mejores empezando desde su director general y Miriam lara,el personal de botones es muy profecional , Brunox, Marconi , Carlos todos al igual que el de seguridad, en el area de housekeeping excellent también, en el restaurante Ana , Roberto, tTomas , Raul todos son unas personas que hacen su trabajo con una dedicación y profesionalismo impresionante En general un hotel con un personal fuera de serie.

The beach is wonderful. It is behind de hotel. I love the boulevard, it is walkable.

Absolutely recommend this hotel on the beach yet near the city of Veracruz. Rooms all have a Gulf of Mexico view, bed is big and comfortable and the light in the room is magnificent. There is a pool with bar and the beach is walkable. Parking is free.
