Welcoming employees, helpful front desk, breakfast was good, pool was clean and warm.

There is not aheated pool because manager is incompetent.

I love our stay at this property. Love the my entire family was welcome including my puppy. I highly recommend this property.

The only thing I don’t like is their coffee. It’s doesn’t taste good at all. Some staff at the front desk could use an attitude adjustment. Otherwise this hotel has become our go to for the Albany area.

Staff are very professional and friendly. Facility over all is good.

Hotel is clean and well kept. Nice looking lobby. Clean rooms and the bed was very comfortable with ample pillows. I like that the thermostat was adjustable. Breakfast was included 7-10am with scramble eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, make your own waffles, dry cereal, instant oatmeal, juices, coffee, yogurt. Would definitely stay here again. Very close to highway.

We enjoyed the property and location, however the neighboring room was smoking the entire time throughout our 4 night stay. The first night I knocked on their door multiple times to ask them to stop but they didn't answer and turned their music up louder. (Room 235) Then reported the smoke smell to the front desk that the neighboring room was smoking and it was going under the Divider Room Door and around the door. They did nothing about it so we ultimately purchased tape and Febreeze from the gas station next door. Taped around the door that separated the rooms, laid a bath towel on the floor to block the smell coming from under the door and sprayed Febreeze every few minutes around the door. It still smelled of smoke when they lit up but definitely helped the situation some unlike the front desk.

Bed was comfortable. No dining close by but there is a gas station & convenience store next door.

Window is not opening, air conditioner couldn't set up.

Breakfast is tasty,staff are nice, room is spacious, quiet and easy parking.swimming pool is good.
