Great hotel

Booked with Expedia and paid Expedia but Hotel also charged me, just waiting for refund. Had to pay 29.00 extra just to park at Hotel. Had a shower, no conditioner in bottle. Room was just outside of Elevator, noisy AF!! Paid 409.00 for the night. Previous night stayed at Holiday Inn Express for 1/2 the price, got free breakfast, free parking and exactly same room condition . Will 💯 stay at Holiday Inn Express over Marriot ( I am even a Marriott Member for 30 years) !! Marriott Hotels are way overpriced and charge extra for everything!!!

Room was clean and in good repair. The staff were very friendly and excellent to deal with. All amenities were as advertised.

Hotel was decent, good location. But valet service was terrible, restaurant at the hotel was worst food we had while on our 2 day vacation. Their bottle opener when we tried to open our wine bottle was bad. We had to request a proper one that would work.

The service was amazing! Knowledgeable and friendly staff, room was beautiful, spacious and clean. And we even got an early check in as well as a delicious treat for our anniversary. The location is perfect. Highly recommend this hotel!

Room was clean. We had difficulty operating the television. We loved the location & the food in the restaurant (Fire & Water) was exceptional. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed Tea @ the Empress.

Hotel in good condition. My corner room was immaculate. Newly renovated bathroom. Check in was smooth and helpful.

My wife, our new born child and I stayed here for two nights. We loved the location to downtown activities. The rooms were nice, staff was amazing and the lobby dog was a sweetheart. We will definitely be staying again.

The pool and hot tub area had a broken window and it was very chilly in there. Also, the furnace of our room was blasting cold air and had to call for service twice until they replaced the whole thing one night. Not ideal. Can say I didn’t have a very “warm” stay

Very conveniently located and clean and well-managed with nice staff. Cold concrete floors in the rooms tho! They do offer robes and slippers as part of room service, which kinda make up for the cold floors!
