Le Manoir a terriblement besoin de rénovations majeures. Par exemple, les tapis, les meubles sont désuets et ne sont plus dignes d’un hôtel de cette chaîne. La présence du Germain et du Club Med dans la région ne justifient plus les prix et la destination.

Site enchanteur et magnifique expérience. Superbe chambre et confort exceptionnel. Malgré tout, j'ai quand même été déçu par certains détails que je n'ai pas trouvé à la hauteur d'un Fairmont. Fleurs défraichies et fanées dans le lobby, éclairage déficient dans les salles de bains, portes d'entrée de l'hôtel sales, urnes florales misérables à l'extérieur de l'entrée principales et d'autres détails comme ça. Ce ne sont pas des choses qui ont eu un impact sur notre séjour mais j'ai quand même trouvé que certains aspects concernant la présentation de l'établissement pourrait être très facilement améliorés afin d'être à la hauteur de la classe d'hôtel.

C'est un endroit enchanteur, mais ca ne valait pas le 1 000 $ pour la nuit, je vous suggère l'hotel d'a coté et d'aller tout simplement souper vous sauverez donc 800 $ et pourrez jouer d'avantage

Magnifique endroit. Bel hôtel, belles chambres, superbes piscines et délicieux restaurants.

Always have a wonderful time and know we are well taken care of at The Fairmont.

We stayed for 3 nights. Very friendly staff. Lots of activities such as tennis, mini golf, biking, walking paths. The pool is heated. We loved the steam room. The restrooms on the main floor were not well-maintained. A toilet was clogged for 2 days and there was no soap in the ladies restrooms. The room was a little cold. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous scenery when walking in fron of the Manoir, with beautiful ocean view and great outdoors spacious areas to enjoy. Staff was welcoming but was expected better overall experience for the value paid.

Amazing stay at Le Manoir Richelieu. The views are beautiful, the room was very clean and updated. The staff was friendly.

Excellent stay at Fairmont Richelieu. Top notch. Expensive restaurant on site. Stayed there on Canada Day and I did not see one extra Canadian flag for celebration. Not sure why, but there was nothing done to celebrate this.

Room rate + $35 daily resort fee made it expensive for what we got. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable but little things like no bottled water included were an irritant. Had dinner at the restaurant one evening...it was disappointing. There was a convention going on so I guess that caused nearer parking lots to be always full...the further ones were quite a distance from the main building. Overall impression, not worth the money.

It needs renovations. English service could be improved.

The bathroom was confining and much room for movement and no ventilation. Ladies washroom next to the gift shop was not given proper attention. The staff was friendly and helpfu.

Beautiful stay at the Manoir Richelieu. Supper at the Saint Laurent was fabulous and the service was excellent. Our waitress couldn’t have been nicer.
