The property was dirty and run down. It was not connected to the convention center as advertised

No towel, no trash can, no shampoo no chairs, front desk has rest time. Terrible service! Smell room! Do not come here any more!!! The worst hotel in the world!!!

No supplies in the room. Had to pay extra for those. Cockroach’s. Poor condition of the whole property and room. Location was good. Staff were friendly but service at the counter was slow. Travel often and this was by far the worst place I have stayed at.

Only stay here if you need to save money. So many things were degraded that you can't even list them. Lights not working. Room not cleaned properly. Carpets are disgusting. But if you want to save money, it's good for that. We brought our own sheets.

Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Dirty, I mean filthy. The carpet in the hall had massive stains everywhere. The floors in the room made your feet black immediately after stepping out of the shower. Everything smelled musty. Everything was worn out and dirty. Got up in the morning and the handle to pull up the diverter on the shower not only popped right off, the diverter was corroded in place - it wouldn’t budge. To their credit, they fixed that right away. DO NOT STAY HERE! Don’t be fooled that it’s a very convenient walk to the Convention Center. Stay anywhere else at any cost.

Worst hotel I stayed in North America. I left even if I paid and it was non refundable. The rooms are old, grim, dirty, smelly and greasy.

Absolutely the Worst Hotel Stay Imaginable! I wouldn't wish my recent stay at this hotel on my worst enemy. From the moment I attempted to check in, it was an absolute disaster, and it only went downhill from there. The check-in process was utterly messed up. When I finally thought the ordeal was over, I got to my room only to find that the keys didn't work. Back I went to the reception, adding another frustrating delay to an already tiresome journey. Upon finally gaining access to my room, I was hit with an overpowering and disgusting smell. It was a noxious blend of stale something unpleasant. It was so bad I genuinely considered sleeping in my car but I had two kids with me, so that wasn't the option I could go for. This wasn't just a bad stay; it was a genuinely terrible experience. The complete lack of basic competence in the check-in process, the non-functional keys, the repulsive odor in the room, and the absent reception staff all contributed to what I can only describe as the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other options, and I strongly advise you to choose one of them.

Reeked of marijuana, carpets are extremely dirty. Front desk after hours staff was very apologetic and had great customer service.

Great place to stay

Staying at this Extended Stay made me feel uncomfortable the entire time that I was there. The floor and carpets were completely soaked and the room smelled of chemicals. After checking out, I realized that the carpet was soaked in chemicals because it probably needed some sort of deep cleaning. Deep Cleaning. It's not a safe hotel and there are zero amenities. There are other hotels nearby that are similarly priced with will provide a much more human experience.

The place smelled like pot. Floors, mattresses and sheets were stained. It was just horrible

I liked the location of the hotel. The customer service was horrible. The hotel has roaches. The cable did not work. There was mold and rotten wood in the hotel rooms and hallways. Several of the outlets did not work. The room was not cleaned properly go there was hair and grime at the base of the toilet in my bathroom.

It was extremely terrible place to stay: “Terrible experience. The room was dirty and smelled strongly of weed, making it very uncomfortable. They also failed to provide the promised breakfast—none was offered at all. Very disappointed and would not recommend.”
