Great place to stay. Staff friendly. Comfy beds too

We loved our stay at the property but I will say there were a couple of disappointing interactions with staff. Not to take-away from the rest of the team that were good.

All rooms are newly-renovated, and the pool area is beautiful. This hotel is right on the water and has a very good on-site restaurant. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the local atmosphere of Port Macquarie and the comforts of this hotel.

Clean room, lovely staff and great amenities however the room smelt of off prawns and we were woken to a large huntsman in the room.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Tesla charger onsite is a bonus. Staff were friendly.

Beautiful corner room with view of the lake and garden. We loved the water dragons on nearby lawn, very neat to see them hanging out. Staff were lovely. Walking distance to amenities across the street (eg McDs, chemist). Restaurant was great- shared a steak and bottle of wine. Pool and hot tub were great. No concerns.

Exceptional location and awesome views

Two pairs of swimmers were discoloured from having a spa Sunday early evening and the smell of chlorine stuck on the skin even after a shower. We saw the pool being tested in this morning but not the hot tub / spa.

Room was clean but average. Staff on reception and grounds, helpful and friendly.
