Ideal location, modern clean hotel, great value

Staff was very attentive. Breakfast good. Room was large.

Car park was very poorly signed especially as the road network is difficult. Receptionist was not that friendly or helpful. The restaurant food was good and the waiters efficient.

It's OK when you stop for a night, but not as good as many other IBIS locations we stayed. The most annoying was missing easily an underground parking before the hotel. then you need to drive around (one ways streets) to get to the parking that is very tight for a regular car.

Very happy with everything as we all checked in.

It was our second stay at this hotel. I"d like to particularly commend the person helping with breakfast on 12/26 (sorry I did not get her name but as someone who previously worked in hotel management I think it is important to recognize employees going the extra mile). She was very upbeat and efficient and I observed her being incredibly helpful and kind with a couple of elderly persons staying in the hotel.

Very central location. Super comfortable bed. Modest decorations but very in line with the Ibis brand. Good value for money.

Room had a strange smell so requested to change and it was dealt with immediately - breakfast good and efficient check in

The hotel is decent, the restaurant downstairs has live music and great food. Our bathroom was too small and it was too cold in the room

Recently refurbished communal areas, standard pre fab ibis. Breakfast good, secure parking. Easy walk over the bridge to the main part of the city. If the price is fair a perfectly good base for a few nights

Nice hotel I would stay here again

Wasn’t expecting such a good trip to be honest. The hotel however was far better than anticipated. Nice central location with car parking underground. Rooms spacious at price point, comfortable bed and very clean and tidy. Maybe if I was picky a kettle for tea coffee would have been nice but that is being very picky. Service on arrival super; during stay super; at checkout and organising taxi and so on - fab. Breakfast was plentiful and restocked quickly be a very nice team. Very impressive I’ll be back. merci beaucoup

Great location with the city center in easy walking distance but public parking near by. Our room was well prepared and had the baby cot placed inside as requested. Breakfast was a great start into the day and the staff was extremely friendly. We'll stay here again!

Reception area was being completely refitted, temporary desk & workmem tiling the floor. No advsnce warni g given.

reception not very helpful ,felt like they were not interested in giving info. very arrogant.

Room is clean. It is rather small but comfortable, newly remodeled. Good breakfast.
