We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit as a family of five (2adults, 3 teens) for 9 nights in March 2025. The location is great, a quick walk to two different metro stations and down the street from a grocery store and boulangerie. The hotel is along a pedestrian only street, across from a school. At the end of each school day children and their families spend time visiting and playing outside (during the nice weather anyhow!) which definitely contributes to the local Parisian feel. The area is also very safe. I was a bit apprehensive given what information is provided online on the 19th arr. However, it is very safe and we had no concerns. Nearby Buttes Chaumont park is also lovely and there are tons of restaurant options within a 5-10 minute walk. We discovered Botza restaurant which is fantastic and right by Buttes Chaumont park. The 2 bedroom unit offered enough space for five adult size travellers. It was a nice bonus to discover the bathroom is an actually a separate toilet room plus two separate sink and shower areas. That was really nice with our group of five. The kitchen is reasonably stocked, however no stove just as an fyi. This hotel is older and a bit run down but meets 3* expectation. Beds are very comfy and unit is clean, just some cosmetic limitations with chipped countertops and worn out baseboards. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to others if you are looking for a budget friendly accommodation.

A little far to the metro but the customer service was fantastic.

Great little property. The rooms are clean and modern. The location is in a quiet residential area, opposite an school with a good handful of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Two metro lines close by, and the very handy rue de Belleville is 5 minutes from the door. Plenty of boulangeries and food stores on hand. A little further you'll find a stack of Asian restaurants. The hotel sells essentials for your stay, but if you need more, Momo L'Epicerie is just around the corner and stocked up with all your daily needs. The apartment had a small kitchen, with dishwasher and Nespresso machine to wake you up in the morning. Great for a budget stay experiencing a less touristy part of Paris. Can't wait to return!

Amazing. Perfect for family of 6.

Easy walking distance to two Metro stops. Larger urban Auchan supermarket has everything, but the walk to a Boylangerie is a bit far. The biggest plus is the Buttes Chaumont Park which is lovely!!

Property is a bit old with tiny shower and toilet rooms. Staff was reluctant to provide me extra room key because they were short of keys?? Housekeeping is not provided unless you stay there longer than 8 days. We stay there for four nights with limited housekeeping supply. Overall service is below expectations.

24h Rezeption - sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ruhige sichere Umgebung, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe, Supermärkte in der Nähe, gute Bäckereien, sehr schöner Park in der Nähe, Metro in der Nähe, Zimmer ausreichend groß (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder im 1 Zimmer App. mit Küche), praktisch ausgestattete Küche, Geschirrspüler, 4-Platten-Herd, Nespresso Maschine, Wasserkocher, Bad und getrennte Toilette. Für Familien sehr zu empfehlen.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Lam qui est resté à notre écoute pendant notre court séjour sur Paris. L’établissement était très adapté pour notre petite famille et le lieux est très calme. Il y a tous ce qu’il faut pour passer de bon moment et le personnel a été très agréable . Nous recommandons fortement .

Tout était parfait situation propreté calme et un super accueil par Lam très agréable et arrangeant, au top 😊

Appartement avec tout le confort et propre, personnel à l'accueil très agréable avec de bons conseils et services

L'appartement est spacieux et pratique avec un bébé. La chambre peut se fermer et etre isolée du reste de l'appartement. Cela reste le seul point positif. La propreté est vraiment à revoir; en essuyant le seul apres le repas de bébé la lingette etait noire de crasse ... la literie est franchement de mauvaise qualité, complètement affaissee de chaque côté. Notre séjour a également été très désagréable à cause du voisin du dessus (apparemment un appartement n'appartenant pas a la gestion hôtelière). Le bruit pendant plusieurs heures de marteaux, puis de scie, de perceuse et sur 2 jours ... les bruits tôt le matin. Bref nous n'y reviendrons pas.

Ligger fint i forhold til metro og med små hyggelige spisesteder i nærheden. God lille bager og supermarked var inden for 2 min. gang fra hotellet. Vi boede i lejlighed til 4 med to teenagere og det var fint. Roligt og trygt område med en fin park, hvis man har brug for et stille sted til en gåtur. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale og fine parkeringsmuligheder i aflåst kælder.

Wir waren zu viert in der Unterkunft untergebracht. Zimmer im 1. Stock zur Straße. Trotz Fußgängerzone war es relativ laut durch einen Kindergarten gegenüber. Nachts laute Musik/Partygeräusche aus der näheren Umgebung. Mit geschlossenem Fenster wäre dies unproblematisch jedoch muss man zwingend zu viert lüften, da die Luft sehr stickig ist und keine Klimaanlage existiert. Eine Zimmerreinigung gab es bei 7-tägiger Buchung nicht. Wir mussten man extra fragen, damit das Toilettenpapier nach ein paar Tagen aufgefüllt wird. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mittelmäßig. Nur am Wochenende gab es frischfepressten Saft. Kuchen gab es manchmal. Wer zu spät zum Frühstück kam, bekam häufig nur weniger Auswahl beim Gebäck. Wir bekamen auch nicht immer einen 4er Tisch beim Frühstück, weil alles sehr beengt ist. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

A little bit far away from the city near butter chaumont ,it’s a very comfortable staying at the hotel as there is a nice balcony and clean kitchen

Séjour dans l’hôtel très bien Confort de la chambre très bien avec toutes les commodités comme mentionné dans les équipements.

設施很新，鍋碗瓢盆都是新的，很好煮菜。 清潔做得非常的棒，有9.5高分民宿的清潔等級、非一般的酒店公寓清潔度可以比擬。 每天中午以後也有提供免費小點心跟咖啡跟茶可以享用，也有熱水可以泡。 員工非常親切。 浴缸又大又乾淨，熱水無限制供應很充足 小缺點就是從地鐵走過來300公尺左右。

Hébergement très confortable et calme. Accueil de très bonne qualité. Prestations excellentes. Personnel toujours prêt à vous rendre service quand cela est possible.
