Nice room, clean, very good service staff.

we love the location:in front the beach. the counter ticket to railay beach is also beside the hotel hence the pick up and drop off point (for the long tail boat to railay beach) is there too. the staff is very polite and helpful. I left my brooch inside the room and the housekeeping staff save it for me.

The rooms are good, but the parking is very limited.

Noisy industrial size fan next door at the back, so the room was immediately changed to the front. Unfortunately we didn't find out that the air conditioning wasn't working until 2 o'clock at night, so I didn't call the reception. I asked therefore for a price reduction as the hotel was expensive at about 1800 Baht, but the hotel refused to give me any reduction.

The hotel itself is right next to the beach. You can enjoying breakfast with a sea view. The service of every staff should be honoured as a five star hotel. The room was nice and bed was comfy. Would certainly go back there again.

It was my short visit at Phranang Inn, just 2 nights and I found the comfortable and relaxing mood there, nice and clean hotel with very nice breakfast and charming staffs, I will give this hotel the thumbs up.
