Clean room. Quiet. I wish they had more for breakfast though

Breakfast options, and walkable to the downtown Mountain View Are the two best things among other amenities

Great service, no hassle

This is a great hotel and the second time I stayed there. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The room is small but one gets used to it quickly. So close to Louvre.

Staff was very nice and rooms were clean

The Hampton Inn at Mountainview has a great location, walking distance to the Caltrain station and downtown Mountainview. The hotel is clean and well equipped and we had a good stay. The hotel is located near a main road so you can hear traffic during the night, nothing a pair of ear plugs won't fix. Also, there are no USB plug points for charging in our room. So bring your electronics plug along with your cable.

I like the location. I didn’t like the room we had. The toilet was broke and loud, and the refrigerator was loud and a humming noise all night.

Very clean and well located. We stayed two nights for a family trip. The sofa bed has seen better days and my husband complained of back pain. Breakfast was exceptional with different options each day.

Surprisingly quite enjoyable

Since the property was close to freeway it was easy to get there. The front desk manager was professional and check-in was quick. Our room was spacious, comfortable and good amenities. Comfortable bed. The only problem was that our room was facing the exterior wall of the hotel's extension. While we had natural light it was kind of filtered. The staff was quick to respond to questions about the air-conditions control panel. My suggestion would be to put some kind of instructions on the window wall unit not to make any adjustments on it but to use the digital unit on the wall across the room. Otherwise our stay was very good.

The television control was hard to figure out. I waited for maintenance in the morning to fix.
