Heating and hot water was an issue

My request for a king Accessible walk in shower was not transferred to Jake’s. So when I called the front desk said the reservation only showed 1 king room. The agent was able to get me the right type of room but it was one of the older non renovated rooms

The lot was small and overflowing and couldn't find parking so had to leave. No signage and lighting was poor. Will not return.

Breakfast was meh. I hope you'll expand rhe restaurant and stop using Sysco System food.

This hotel-casino is more focused on gambling than guest comfort. Rooms are outdated and in need of serious repairs/updates. Valet is only available in the parking lot—no bell service, no help with luggage—and there seem to be more security guards watching casino money than staff assisting guests. The property feels lower-end and neglected, with little attention to hotel-level service. If you’re looking for a clean, updated, full-service hotel experience, this isn’t it.

Had a great time and won some money

My stay was exceptional. The restaurant food is delicious and affordable. Peaceful, relaxing, quiet environment. I recommend Jake's 58 to my families and friends. Small casino but very enjoyable. No smoking is a A+. I can't wait for my next visit

The room was Ok, the shower barely worked, the staff was very friendly and helpful so that does count for something. Due to the snow none of the TV stations were working, this property has definitely seen better days and could use a remodel in the rooms, specifically the bathrooms.

Room was very clean, the staff was very accommodating and we had a wonderful time thanks to all snd have a blessed and wonderful Holiday Season

Unfortunately this hotel needs updating. No coffee machine or microwave in the rooms. No breakfast offered for free with stay.
