The staff was very knowledgeable and went out of their way to be helpful. Great breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms.

Amazing location, right in the centre, close to Rossio metro. We chose a courtyard “view” as we wanted a quiet room - frosted windows overlooking an internal light well but it was very quiet and the hotel overlooks a bustling street and square. Bed really comfy, staff really helpful and friendly. Frosted glass sliding door to the bathroom so couldn’t put the light on in the night without waking your companion, I’d prefer to have a solid door. Bastado restaurant below hotel was amazing - wish we hadn’t saved to the last night as I’d have eaten there several times. Better value and cheaper than tapas in a side street, Ferrary cafe further down just past the Santa Justa elevator had the best cafe com lair.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, my room was very comfortable and quiet, and the hotel's location is excellent. I wish I could have stayed longer!

The location is great, staff was nice. The beds weren’t very comfortable.

Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of variety. Staff was always pleasant and engaging. The room had a great shower with ice cold air conditioning for the warm Lisbon afternoons. Location is perfect right by rossio square.

Hotel was in a very central location next to a large plaza and many restaurants. A very touristy area that was very safe. If you like funky and fun, this is the hotel for you. Also, the breakfast was absolutely incredible. Complete with an omelette station.

Fantastic location on Rossio sq. Train station, metro, easy taxi pick up set down. Reception helpful. Rooms functional, clean, free sockets, TV, wi fi very good and strong security. Bathroom very nice. Shower lovely (rain forest and moveable modes). Bar and restaurant very nice and with food discounts go or guests. Fish/sushi orientation. Some outside tables on pedestrianised street. Breakfast wonderful. Buffet and fresh cooked available. Couple of points. There is no guest lounge. Also as a historical building remodel, there are additional stairs for some rooms after the lift (6 treads). I would stay again if visiting Lisbon.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. It was our first time in Lisbon for our honeymoon, and this hotel was perfectly located in the middle of everything. The hotel staff were very helpful, especially Pedro. We would stay here again.

Clean room, quiet room

Loved this hotel! Large room with comfy beds. Centrally located to trains and buses right in the center of Rossio. Walkable to many areas of interest and tour meeting points. Only downside is can be noisy at night but we didn’t mind. It was hopping and fun! Staff surprised me on my birthday with a beautiful flower bouquet and chocolate torte in the room! They were also extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

Superb boutique hotel in the heart of where you want to be in Lisbon

La situation de l’hôtel est plus que parfaite tout près de la Gare Rosio et du départ des bus touristes. Le déjeuner est copieux avec beaucoup de choix à un prix plus que raisonnable. Je le recommande fortement.

Room was small but that’s expected in the area. Building is old and musky - bathroom smelled like eggs but was most likely due to age of building and piping. Nothing great but we were only there a day
