Great hotel. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom had a lot of light. There was coffee and tea in the room which I always like! The breakfast was the highlight for me. Set on the rooftop terrace with nice music and a fresh selection of delicious items to eat. I loved the local items but there was something for everyone to enjoy. I would stay here again!

Staff was nice. Building is outdated. However close to trevi fountain so it was good for 1 night. Easy check in and out.

The room we stayed in was newly renovated and the building itself was nice. Breakfast on the rooftop of the main hotel was excellent. However, the phone in our room didn’t work, and in the annex building where we stayed there were no kettles or drink options. A coffee bar was set up near the elevator, but unfortunately it was unplugged and had no water. The air conditioning also wasn’t really blowing cold air, which made the room uncomfortable at times. When we needed to get a hold of reception late in the evening, we had to physically walk up the street and around the corner to the main hotel to speak with them, which was inconvenient. All that being said, it was a nice hotel, there are just some basics that could have been improved.

Daily breakfast buffet available, hotel very close to the Spanish Steps and subway which was perfect as the subway is the best way to get around the city. Elevator is very small, only 2 people at a time.

An excellent stay. Zero complaints. We chose the suite with the balcony bathtub. Awesome room, brand new refurbished, big balcony, comfy bed, working aircon, nice shower. Receptionist was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Note - The room was a 2 minute walk around the corner in a different building, but simple to find. Awesome location, pretty much everything is walkable. About a zillion restaurants close by too. All in all, excellent, zero complaints. Would 100% recommend.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great assortment of food and they prepared an amazing cappuccino. Easily walkable to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain and the Metro. Don’t forget to go to the rooftop terrace.

Liked: location near tourist attractions, shuttle to and from airport (reasonably priced), staff friendliness and helpfulness. Did not like: lack of space for luggage in room, lack of parking for taxi, tiny elevator.

Very nice and helpful staff. Great location. Tiny 2 person no luggage or 1 person plus luggage elevator. The room was nice. I was glad that the windows opened. Tiny bump your elbows shower! I’m glad it was Autumn and I didn’t have to shave my legs because I couldn’t have. I loved that they left bottled water every day. When I said we’d miss breakfast because of an early tour, they insisted on making us boxed meals to take. So nice! Don’t do the rooftop Aperol Spritz. It was just 2 bottles, potato chips and peanuts.

Amazing property, great location and really nice, friendly and helpful staff

Very clean but quite small room. Tiniest elevator known to man! Breakfast on balcony was very ample and pleasant. Girl and day staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful. Evening man was not.

Hospitality was outstanding, staff is incredibly helpfull and very welcoming. Front desk very helpful with transportation advise. Extremely happy with my stay.

This is my 5th stay at this hotel and it will continue to be my go-to when staying in Rome. Walkable to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Great dining options within 10-15 minute walking distance. The hotel itself is reasonably priced, great terrace breakfast, and staff are lovely.

The staff was very helpful. Our room was VERY small but convient to many attractions. The rooftop breakfast was very relaxing and had a nice assortment of breakfast choices. The serving staff was excellent! We would stay here again.
