I want a receipt they didn’t gave it to me

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was far below any acceptable standard — there were visible stains on both the bedsheets and towels. The pool was also a major issue: the water was green! and completely uninviting (see attached photo comparing their false advertising vs. reality) When my daughter raised her concerns about the pool, she was met with aggression instead of accountability — she was actually yelled at, by the owner (who's the mother of the manager) for complaining. Told that we can either leave or call the police or she will kick us out. Really unbelievable that a hotel can be run like this. I strongly doubt their 4 star qualification. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Excellent breakfast, lots to choose from. Filtered water station at the end of the hall was very convenient and saved us from having to buy water bottles. Room was clean and roomy. Lots of storage. Did the online checking which made it easy when we got to the hotel. Only thing, if I had to say something I didn’t like is that they only had a liquid soap in the shower that was shampoo and body wash all in one. No conditioner.

Very friendly and helpful staff, with restaurant and sightseeing suggestions, especially English-speaking Marco. Fantastic breakfast, rooms spotlessly clean.

A very good place to stay in a quiet neighborhood near Riccione’s beach scene.

Amazing hotel staff were so friendly

hotel was very good. Breakfast with a variety of local foods, and at 7:00 pm you got snack and drinks which the variety was so good you didn't need to have supper after. Everything was included. The staff very friendly and accommodating.

Air conditioning was not cold and room was too small with ants.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel - great experience! We were made to feel welcome with drinks and cookies from a host immediately upon arrival, it was a very nice surprising to be invited to a cocktail little dinner in the evening. Our rooms were fabulous with every comfort and amazing views over the both balconies, my daughter also enjoyed the swimming poor on top of the hotel roof, excellent food, excellent drink, fantastic staff/customer service. Definitely worth many more visits in the future. All in all then a very good stay and we definitely recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

Just celebrated my 50th @ Hotel Augustus & was extremely happy. Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is a 2 minute walk to the beach (Check out Bar 71 - Robbie Rasta's kiosk) Also a 2 minute walk from the train station & 5 minutes from all the shops! Excellent location & would definitely stay again.

This hotel is very nice, all the people for the trip duration was very nice and offer an excellent service. I really recommend it for everyone who wants to stay in Riccione.

Finalmente un 4 stelle che offre i servizi di un 4 stelle visto che ultimamente è veramente difficile trovare strutture adeguate. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stata la gentilezza e la cortesia di tutto il personale e questo fa davvero la differenza. Inutile dire che la colazione è il loro punto forte vista la varietà e la qualità delle proposte che accontentano veramente i gusti di tutti. Altro punto a suo favore è la presenza di una piccola palestra che permette in qualche modo di potersi allenare discretamente. Infine, ultima chicca è la macchinetta del caffè/the presente nei pressi della reception che da la possibilità di potersi gustare un ottimo caffè o una camomilla a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. Tra l'altro, essendo venuto in periodo natalizio, al check out ho anche ricevuto un piccolo cadeau con all'interno dei dolcetti e una penna. Che dire: ritornerò sicuramente!!!

Buon hotel non lontano dal lungomare. Bene l'accoglienza, la camera era pulita, non particolarmente spaziosa ma con un balconcino. Purtroppo non ben insonorizzata, e i clienti maleducati li trovi sempre. Colazione top. C'è un parcheggio privato, a pagamento e non economicissimo, altrimenti l'auto va in strada a parchimetro, oppure lontano. Piscina panoramica e solarium, distributore di acqua gratuito ad ogni piano.

Veldig koselig hotell som var hjemmekoselig. God frokost med masse utvalg og resepsjonistene var alltid tilgjengelige og hyggelige. Kort vei til togstasjon og kort vei til strand og hyggelige gater.
