Industrial zone bedides a big company but nice and secure and close to downtown shopping restaurants

Everything was perfect! Mary at the front desk is so sweet. All the staff was nice and helpful.

Property was in a quiet and safe area, and it was pet friendly.

Nice, clean hotel

This hotel is comfortable and clean. The hot breakfast is good and the staff is friendly. A couple small issues. The room refrigerator door was broke. The room telephone was not working (cables not installed correctly). The guest Wi-Fi password didn't work. Given the motel choices in Oneonta, this is still one of the better ones.

Decent hotel, good breakfast, clean but old

Quiet and clean room. The drapes covered the light well for complete darkness at night. Perfect.

Rooms were nice, pool and hot tub, indoor, was terrific(little chilly) but was enjoyed by my whole family. In town for a graduation, they even had a photo op spot! Staff was lovely. Tinos pizza(very good) was delivered to our large group snd h they didn’t mind us taking over the lobby!

Me gusto mucho el trato de la muchacha que nos atendió al entrar y la limpieza, lo que no me gustó mucho fue en la hora del breakfast tener que esperar porque el servicio estaba muy lento. Pero en general todo muy bien

Very nice everything we needed

The decor is a little dated but clean. I like the fact that they use refillable shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion products.

I had a room with a Kind sise bed with 2 pillows. I asked for more and was told the order didn't arrive so that was the excuse for the discomfort. This should never be an issue at a hotel. The carpet was dirty too.

Quick drive to Oneonta campus to visit our son.

The only reason this didn't get an excellent rating is because it is advertised as having a bar/lounge and restaurant on site, which it does not. Front desk staff was amazing on relocating our room ( and an upgrade!) Due to the smell of cigarettes in the original! No other complaints about anything. Would definitely stay here again!
