Very clean room, lovely staff, great location in centro.

Soap/shampoo dispensers were almost emptied. No tissues to wipe nose or face. I was charged extra for laundry because a towel had a little bit of make up on it. Only one key available for a room of three people. No phone in the room, so you must walk to the front entrance for any request. Room was really small for three people.

Room is clean and cozy, I liked the easy access to everything in town. Nothing was further than 10 minute walk and it was still quiet enough to get some rest after touring all day. Safe and highly recommended.

Great location and place

The Hotel Great close to restaurants , coffee shops and shopping , friendly staff. Very clean . I would definitely stay there again . Highly recommend .

Very noisy! Awful! Our room was situated between the staff cleaning room and their public bathrooms. Every time someone flushed the toilet we heard it in our room. A few nights there was a woman moaning in the common area near us until 11:30 pm. Some days staff began cleaning before 7 am and some of their equipment was leaning against our door. WiFi was spotty at best and one day there was no water until the evening. Bring your own soap, shampoo and conditioner because what they supply is equivalent to watered down dish soap. For the price that we paid we expect better amenities and a restful stay, we received neither and would never stay here again.

Staff were on the street waiting to take our car to park and out luggage to check in. Room was satisfactory. Location of hotel makes up for the small room:)

Excellent staff, Elena and Jue were awesome. Highly recommend this hotel, very clean, very nice atmosphere. One block to the Zocalo where everything's is located. We will return again...

The room was small and neglected. Had to pay for a room upgrade for a normal sized room.. Shower doors on the second room were hard to open. Bedding and pillows were rough. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Exelente hubicacion todo a 10-15 minutos de distacia. amable personal . rica comida en restaurante . el colchon muy duro de las camas y incomodo para dormir. no hubo acceso a internet si batalle sin aceso . limpio , decoracion hermosa .

Pagamos más de 200 dólares por noche y el breakfast no lo dieron free.

Lovely staff, always there to help. They arranged for parking. Pool was a bonus. Beautiful old buildings with subtle updates. Steps from Oaxaca best shops and the Zocalo.

Rooms need an update. Especially, the bathrooms and the toilet wouldn’t function properly. We had to add water into the water tank manually with the trash bin bucket.
