Great resort. Lots to do at the resort and nearby.

Great location, relaxing and the ocean meets you at your footsteps. The hotel paid attention to the little details to have your stay memorable.

We looked over the ocean and the patio. The view was beautiful. Only complaint is the music during the day and the evenings without bands was tough to listen too. Need to change it up and less electronic sounding. The live music was very good and enjoyed on our balcony.

Staff is amazing, beach is great. Location very convenient to shopping, restaurants.

Our room was directly 'ocean front', exactly as we had envisioned it. We also overlooked the pool below. It was a beautiful setting. Only mild complaint is the relatively long walk from the elevator to our room.

Staff were mostly courteous but did not seem to think ahead. For example i reported 4 mornings that my balcony door would not open. Only when i escalated it to the Manager did it get seen to. On the Sunday after brunch one of the house keepers outside the room when i mentioned to him about it he wanted to come and bang it fixed. Told him i wanted to rest and come when i was not in the room...

The way pool loungers are acquired is very poor and needs addressed. Too many dishonest people ruin it for everyone else.

Our stay was fantastic the room was spectacularly clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean. Since I had a birthday during my stay thee was a birthday cake treat when we arrived and a card wishing me a great birthday. That was a special and memorable touch!

Perfect stay, beautiful location, small beach that was excellent for snorkeling and water toys. My only suggestion would be please heat up the beautiful outdoor pool!! It was crazy cold and no one was ever in it even in 80 degree weather.

All the staff were excellent and very helpful. The upgraded ocean front room to junior suite ocean front was a real plus. Bedding was of good quality. Very large TV was appreciated. Renovated suite was pleasant to be in. Lovely gift shop on main floor, and excellent meals.

The rooms were very clean, the staff was always willing to help, the atmosphere was great, we had a lot of fun at the DJ night, and the Sunday brunch was super impressive. 10/10, I would go back without hesitation.
