Amenities, excellent view

It’s obviously an old hotel and the rooms are showing their age. Bed was comfortable. Reception greeting lacking a ‘greeting’. There was no ‘welcome to ….’ It was functional which was fine but it would simple to improve this. Breakfast was okay but not up competitors.

Our cabin was like a small apartment with a lake view, private parking and a security gate. The bed was firm but very comfortable. And the hotel staff were helpful and courteous!

The hotel is so nicely located. Easy walk to downtown. There was not much options for souvenir shopping but the views make it up. Friendly people, good food and drinks

The view of the lake as well as part of the city was impressive. Our eco cabin was clean and beautiful.

Gorgeous lake view of Llanquihue. The place had live music and was very family friendly but also extremely romantic!
