Clean room, good price and service at the bar, open late, quite area

All common areas, lobby, elevators , halls, bar, feel hot , no a/c .

I didn’t like it, the room is big , but everything is old, every time i was talking a shower was water everywhere, the shower doesn't have door, is only half glass door, so water is out of the shower, tv is old only cable doesn’t have smart tv, no security , and food is expensive… no chair in the table, and the beds aren’t comfortable

It show breakfast included and when we ask they where charging us for Breakfast we left

Good clean room, stayed here many times, the only chance complain would be that the room didn't have any bar soap and hand towel although it was brought to us later after we asked for them

Let me begin by saying that we've stayed at this hotel chain before in Mexico City. This location is nothing like the one we've been at before. The rooms are dirty (curtains, carpets and chairs). We requested to move to a cleaner room upon arrival and the one we got was only a bit better. We had to call the receptionist again for a working remote for the TV and remote and hand soap. Overall, it was a good location and the staff were nice but the rooms need updates. And cleaning.

The breakfast to expensive an not good at all

Recomiendo el hotel nada mal para una o dos noches la comida si es cara pero ay restaurantes sercas a el hotel

Room was generally clean, staff was very polite and courteous. We were on our anniversary and they gave us an upgrade on our room. The only reason I didn’t give the 5 stars is because we had to ask for hand towels as none were in the room and the towels looked very old and not the fresh white you expect from a good hotel!
