We had a bad start of our Berlin Trip! In the middle of the night we had to search for another room because to other hotel did not reserve us the room we payed for. After calling the man was super friendly. He offered us a room/ suite for my wife; the two babies and me. We got breakfast and parking for free to make us feel better. He even arranged that we could stay in the same room the other two nights and made us a great price. The rooms are super clean, the fitness and pool area are wonderful! Breakfast could be better for the price. Overall a great stay! Again thank u for the family Verhaeghe

Rooms are mostly not well equipped, though this is a 4-star hotel, most of the rooms weren’t equipped with air-conditioners. Poor services (pool area was closed during hot summer season, there is one very little fridge without any drinks, even without welcoming free water bottle), in general poor price-performance ratio (high price for poor performance/quality). Bad instructions or no instructions at all from the personnel when fire alarm went off. After the emergency ended, no one knew how to turn off the alarm. In conclusion very bad hotel, I will NEVER book at this hotel ever again and will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!

great experience! beautiful hotel with nice and really professional stuff, great breakfast and absolutely nice spa! wonderful quiet location with rental boat service just next door, all in all a perfect trip! thank you, we'll be back! we had a suite with our 2 children and everybody loved the stay in Berlin, especial with this really nice hotel to stay in!

Wonderful hotel. Excellent staff who are friendly and helpful. Excellent quality rooms with comfortable beds and nice French doors to let plenty of light in. Spa/gym is of very good quality and open 7am-10pm daily. Aufguss hourly and Avon staff in here all wonderful. The hotel is next to a pretty lake which you can sit and gaze out too whilst having a meal. Highly recommended for friendly, luxury and comfortable stay

The stuff at the hotel are lovely, very kind and helpful. The stuff in the wellness area are super rude and unpleasant. We will not come back to this place only because of the experience there.
