Nice place to stay in Berlin

This is our fifth visit to the hotel, and definitely not our last. Everything is clean and well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the spa is wonderful. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Clean spacious room, great spa facilities, it’s dar from city center

The hotel is a short distance from the main part of Spandau but very well connected with a frequent bus service. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The spa and pool are excellent.

Great staff and service. Expedia needs to educate hotels on the Gold status upgrades.

Clean, well located hotel. Main pool and spa were closed for refurbishment during our brief stay but wasn't reason for visit it was proximity to event we were attending at zitadelle. Bed comfy, breakfast varied and tasty, overall good stay with good service, would stay again. Rooftop bar was nice touch.

Great hotel for guest who want a spa or physical therapy, the spa is really the highlight of the hotel. Food in the hotel was OK. The brewery next door is great

Terrible service.. Worst place ever.. NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN..

One of the best hotels I've been to! Excellent spa hotel with 2 indoor pools. The breakfast is great and has lots of options. A few bus stops from Ratnaus Spandau train station where you can catch s+u bahn and trains to other cities.

Beautiful pool/ spa area. Right by the river with walking areas and near the citadel. Has shops nearby and restaurants.

Great hotel for the money - facilities are excellent as is the breakfast. The location, whilst being out of the city is very well connected transport wise and everything is ver accessible. Staff are very good as is the breakfast and the pool area.

It was wonderful everything 5 star.
