I had a wonderful stay at Raizor Air Port! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently close to everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. I especially appreciated the shuttle service and how well everything was maintained. I would definitely come back again—highly recommended!

The restaurant's was good and the food delicious.

I appreciated that when we arrived at noon they were able to check us in to a room. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. However, all night many different groups people walked down the hall speaking and laughing loudly and then slamming doors. This went on repeatedly between 10 pm and 5 am. I’ve never been in a hotel where the other guests were so rude in public spaces but I’m not sure I would stay here again.

There was bed bugs in the room we stayed in and hotel didn’t want to compensate us for anything

As a family we had a very good experience in this hotel. The pool was very good. The hotel was very clean and they have everything you need. Every room has a safe (very convenient). The staff was also very nice 💙 we'll definitely stay here again for future trips!

We had some sickness during our stay, but everyone was so helpful in getting our young boy the help he needed. Highly recommended for going the extra mile.

Decent hotel with restaurant close to the airport. Shuttle service to and from the airport was also a nice perk. Beds we're not too comfortable but the rooms were clean. The area around the hotel was not the nicest. Would recommend for a short stay or if you have an early or late flight.

The Pick up they told me 10 minutes it took 25 for they to pick me up, then for the drop off was there on time I was the only person, front desk told me that they tried to call me but that never happened, so no shuttle in the morning, hotel not bad the only thing it was the shower dirty, but the airport shuttle service is very poor. Seems that front desk people, don’t want to do their job, this was Saturday morning.

They have a shuttle office in Terminal 2 which is very convenient. Staff is professional and polite. Most staff are multi lingual. Rooms are very nice. Restaurant service is good. Room service is good. Food in restaurant is good, but not excellent. I recommend ordering breakfast from the menu rather than buffet.

I will be booking here again. I experienced fantastic service from start to finish.

All good But I requested to shuttle, I did message to property but didn't reply me back after that on time they didn't pick me.
