I made this reservation several days in advance. When I arrived they told me they overbooked and were full and had no room for me. So at 10:00 at night I had to find a new hotel for me and my daughter. They also claimed they couldn’t inform me in advance because I used Expedia. They had no help to offer and were unapologetic, making me feel like it was my fault somehow.

Friday night stay was delightful. Very quiet. Saturday was totally different. Sport team above us. Sounded like a heard of animals waking down the hallway until midnight! It was disappointing.

My room was still dirty...chips around the bed and wine in the fridsge half opened bottle.

The room was dirty and the condition of the room was disgusting. The pictures online look NOTHING like the online pictures.

It was close to our tournament thats why we like. Service is really good.

The hallway was dirty actually smelled like someone pooped in the hallway. The room was clean. The staff was nice. However this was the worst Fairfield I have ever stayed in.

The place was not clean. For the price that this room was for was not worth it at all. The place is very outdated.

Power went out freezing cold and no hot water

The hotel was fine. The toilet in my room kept running so I was moved to a new room The staff was prompt in finding me a room. The overall stay was fine, I think the next time I will ask for a room on the other side of the building since the car noise from 65 was noisy during the night.

The staff was awesome, the room was clean and the bathroom tub was worthy of taking a hot bath in. The price was affordable, location was great and the breakfast was on point…. The elevators where out during my stay but the repairman was there first thing in the morning working on them

This is an old property with visible wear- not your typical Fairfield Inn. When we were there, the elevator was not working. There was carpet tape in many places on the 2nd floor hallways, the back stairs smelled like urine & had some noticeable water damage on the wallpapered walls. The room itself wasn’t terrible, except for the bed. The bed was very uncomfortable, but the room was clean, however. The staff was great, as were the breakfast options.

Elevator broke, room key system down so could only have 1 key, multiple areas on carpet in hallway that looked like vomit, weak internet
