Rooms are dated, staff are rude and generally it’s a poor experience. Our Junior suite came with one coffee capsule (we’re a couple sharing the room - so not even one each) and 2 tiny bottles of water. When asking for more coffee they tried to charge €15. Room service app didn’t work at all, and when phoning them the kitchen would be closed at random times, and the staff were incredibly rude.

Beautiful hotel, quiet in April which meant the pool was very relaxing. Good location for a taxi into Marbella or Estepona. The staff were very friendly and it was a perfect stay.

Everything excellent.

Pleasant reception and buildings. Very good breakfast. We paid extra for the room with the jacuzzi bath, which was lucky, because the spa was closed! Nice touch to have brunch too.

Clean room staff helpful good breakfast but gym and sauna was closed 2 days outta 3 which was disappointing as that was main reason I booked it

Very nice hotel in the middle of a golf course. Staff very friendly and breakfast always good! Recommend and would stay here again!

The hotel needs structural maintenance. It could be nicer. The Buffett was excellent.

Showers were dirty and you could hear everything from outside of my room, not worth the price.

Great facilities and very professional and pleasant staff. Pool area really tranquil and great for all ages. You need a car or taxi as it is remote from shops and Marbella town and the beach. Food options, specially in room dining could improve as healthy options were VERY limited. I wish I had known more about the spa! The Barceló app thing was easy to use but when I am on holiday I prefer to read things rather than looking at my phone!

I arrived late at the property but had emailed ahead to notify that this would be the case. This was responded to with a very pleasant and courteous email. Check in was straightforward. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choice, an airy environment to eat in. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

I liked the property. Room cleaning staff were good. Reception staff were quick at saying no but not providing alternative. Restaurant staff were very impatient and take your plates away if you move from the table. Rooms were not sound proof. Room next to mine had a call girl in at 3.00am and making lots of noise. My 2 nights were interrupted and I gave felt tired since then.

The property was beautiful but Expedia charged me extra and promised would add 2 adults to my room and then when I reached there I had to pay for the 2 adults
