Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Barely a 3-star hotel. While the front desk staff was really nice (except for one guy), this hotel had way too many issues. The room looked outdated and dirty, the A/C was not working properly, no WiFi in our room (try a 4-day stay with teenagers and no Wi-Fi), mold in the showers. Additionally no one to talk to after 7 or 8pm because the front desk is closed. We chose this hotel because it was listed as a 4-star hotel on hotels.com, and it was not cheap, we clearly got misled and taken advantage of by both the hotel and hotels.com

I did not like anything about the property All the apartment is cheap, cheap construction, cheap furniture, bed did not fit the room, light appliances cheap electric wall outlets falling apart exposed dangerous wood stairs steep to access bedroom etc etc etc

A great spacious room, with beautiful views of the city and the sea. Quiet surrounding with pine trees

The exterior of this hotel looks like a concrete prison in a residential area. Staff was friendly. Room was odd shaped with the toilet and shower/sink in separate rooms on opposite ends of a long hallway. Living room has more of a single bed than a couch and not comfortable. Geared towards longer stays with a kitchenette. Functional for the price but not a comfy room.

In the middle of no where quite swiming pool closed

The reception closes at 7pm and they make contact via mobile phone. In our case the +61 for Australia did not make contact. We had to ring the emergency number to get code number for night safe to get a key.

We had a wonderful stay, we stayed in a ground floor apartment with a large terrace with sunloungers and a table. The bed was super comfy and kitchen facilities were perfect (the only thing it was lacking was an oven). The pool was clean had had plenty of comfy sun loungers and there was always a sunny spot. There was a spar a 10 minute walk away which had everything we needed, there was a bus stop right outside the hotel gates which took and to and from St Raphael for €1.50. The buses stopped running around 6pm but a taxi from St Raphael ranged from It €15-25. The hotel is slightly out of the centre but perfect if your looking for a super quiet getaway. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. :)

A great day to relax away from the crowd The pool was an asset

It had an enclosed private car park which swung the deal. Reception was very good. Problem with a microwave was dealt with immediately. Room was basic, clean (albeit the bottom of the shower door was full of dirt), needed a refreshing with a coat of paint. Small cups but no mugs.

Friendly team of staff who were very welcoming. The 1 bed condo was spacious, clean and well equipt. 10 min to Frejus beach. Clean swimming pool which wasn't too crowded. Would stay again without hesitation.

The hotel was in a quiet location so ideal for people who love to explore the surrounding areas. The staff were helpful and friendly with the rooms a little basic but kept clean and with lots of space...having a balcony was a nice touch. The pool was great for relaxing.

This is a budget hotel, but the quality was very good, not my type of hotel, but there was nothing at all wrong with it, other than I could afford better. Does that make sense. I would recommend this hotel, and the staff were helpful and polite. everywhere was clean. Give it a go if your on a budget and staying in the area

Friendly staff, nice clean hotel. Evenings very quiet, perfect for my family with very young children. There is no entertainment or food/ drinks to purchase by the pool. You need to drive 5 min to a supermarket and for 10-15 min to the harbour/ beach for restaurants. We had a car but you will struggle without one.

Nice, clean but basic appartment facilities with very helpful staff. Segel, in particular, was extremely helpful. Location is quiet with accessible routes to beaches, etc... a car is a must to travel around.

very basic, but pretty clean. more of an apartment rental than a hotel. were a bit surprised we had to use our own soap, etc; however, now that we know what to expect wouldn't be averse to staying there again

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is surprisingly big and was very clean. Surroundings and pool were great and my whole group had good rooms. It was very secure, with codes and keys to enter areas of the hotel and also a key fob to open the main entry gate. Only down sides were the reception opening hours which were a bit strange. Not really a big issue and shouldn't put you off staying here. Make sure that you pack washing up, a dish cloth and a tea towel!

Excellent séjour de 5 nuits en famille. Un personnel très agréable et disponible. Un bon petit déjeuner. Une belle piscine propre et comme sur la photo (faisant un peu plus réduite en réelle). Seul bémol non rédhibitoire : l'hôtel fait un peu vieillot sur les façades et son agencement, mais c'est son seul point faible.

Hôtel vieillissant aurait besoin d'une rénovation mais correct dans l'ensemble.

Facilité ,bien équipée, propre, confortable, petit bémol sur l'avenir dommage que vous ne proposer pas de l'entretien de la chambre Chaque jours,surtout pour les Sanitaires.
