Friendly service super clean great location and safe!!!

The room door has long-term issues. Every day, I have to go to the counter to handle it, and after resolving it, I still need to try many times to get the door open. The air conditioning is insufficient. Additionally, I need to re-register every day to use the WiFi, which is very inconvenient for elderly people. And swimming pool is too small, even the children are not interested in swimming

The front desk was extremely helpful and spoke English. He stored our bags, no charge. The lobby was spacious with seating and free coffee. I would return. My minor complaint was the hotel plumbing was under repair and caused the bathroom sink to clog. Also, the AC was not cold.

Unfortunatley the hotel did not live up to expectation. The safe broke the day we got there. The fridge had not been cleaned and one of the shelves inside was also broken. We ended up in an adjoining room, that we had not requested, that only seemed to have a locked door to separate each room. All we could hear when we were in the room was the family of kids running around next door. For a 4 star hotel this was disappointment.

Wonderful, quaint yet spacious hotel that lovingly accepts dogs! Pet bowl and fancy dog sofa! This hotel is close to the Sants Barcelona Train Station where one can quickly board the high-speed trains.

The Sercotel Aminster is a great place for a short stay, or even a little longer. We had 5 niggrs here with breakfast and it was a perfect base for us, away from the histle of the center of the city, but close enough to access everything we wanted. The hotel is clean and generally well maintained. Our room was getting a little tired and in need of some maintenance, but as soon as we mentioned this, the staff were very happy to help. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, fresh and tasty, we would highly recommend you book this in advance, but you can also purchase daily 9f you require. This is our second visit here and on our return to Barcelona again, we will book this hotel again.

Good location and relatively close to a metro. Very comfortable king size bed - unheard of by European standards. Would return for our next visit.

The hotel was nice, but a bit far from most of the things we wanted to do. The hotel staff was very good, and the room was very clean. The daily breakfast was awesome ! Our only complaint (not the fault of the hotel) was that there was a music festival taking place that weekend a block away and the music was incredibly loud until 2:00am. This made for 2 very difficult days for tours after getting 4 hours of sleep each night. I would not stay at this hotel again, unless we knew there was no music festival taking place over the weekend.

It was conveniently located

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was ok, kind of small, but ok for a couple. Pool was VERY small, not a swimming pool. Breakfast was very pricey for what you get. They had the same thing everyday. The City noise was VERY loud. Friday and Saturday night there was a band playing in the street until after 2am. There was no sleeping until 3 or 4 am. Crazy for most of us. Even the inside of the hotel was loud during the night with people coming in and slamming doors. We made the best of it. It wasn’t the worst. I do like the coffee in the lobby, and again, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Sercotel Amister is located in a residential area and away from the hustle. It is still quite convenient with many local restaurants, shops and Mercat del Ninot around the area. The room's were quite bright and spacious. Apart from the noisy AC unit we don't have any complains.

Have to take taxi to go to the interesting places

The staff at the Sercotel were very friendly and accommodating. The airline lost my luggage and the Sercotel provided me with the toiletries that I needed. It was a very comfortable stay.

The staff, particularly Luz on the day shift at the front desk, was great! Comfortable beds, very clean room, nice amenities. We recommend the Bona Sort Bar/Restaurant just down the street to the left as you come out the front door. Great service, food, and drinks, reasonably priced.

It was easy to get access to transportation.

Hotel very nice, rooms dark and not well furnished. Small pool and closed bar. Good for a weekend getaway.
