It was fine. Would have been easy to find except for going road construction. Bathroom sink didn’t drain, tub could have used repair, otherwise it was fine. Staff was efficient and personable.

The property feels quite outdated and poorly maintained. There’s barely any staff around—just one person seems to be managing everything, which makes the place feel unprofessional and a bit shady. To make matters worse, the noise from passing planes at night is constant and disruptive. Overall, not a comfortable stay.

This property is extremely convenient to the airport, so we decided to stay there overnight when going to the airport very early in the morning. Checking in was a breeze, and the desk clerk was helpful and informative. Unfortunately, we found out that the airport shuttle was out of order--something that would have affected my reservation if I had known about it in time. We went to the room, and while entering with our bags, knocked a small piece of plastic trim off a corner. Looked like it was there just to be a bumper for luggage anyway. Finally, it bothered me that this HP does not seem to be up to par with 21st-century plugs. There weren't enough and they were not in good places.

We booked because of the shuttle service to the airport. We signed up for 5:00 a.m. shuttle. Next morning, no shuttle service. A scramble to find transportation.

The staff was excellent. However, the facilities need to be upgraded. My room 307's bathroom faucet was loose and too high-powered. The socket above the bathroom sink did not work so I had to use the living room, coffee machine, sink, and socket to dry my hair. Would love to have a handheld shower nozzle, but I understand that it may not be practical because of all the different users. For breakfast, I only had decaf available so the attendance should be more thoughtful in replacing and preparing coffee. The bed was very comfortable.

Spacious room with necessary items. Coffee maker but only one coffee cup provided. TV guide would have been nice. Bathroom sink trap would not open making water slow to drain. Biggest problem was black mold in the bathroom.

The room was clean and comfortable but the nite clerk gave me wrong information about the shuttle to the airport. I was told the shuttle started at 5am and left every 30 minutes. I was out front at 6:15am and at 6:30am the shuttle was there but no driver. There was no staff at the desk til 6:45am at which time I was told the the last shuttle was at 6:30am and did not start again til 8 am. I told the morning clerk I was there at 6:15 and there was no shuttle driver at 6:30 am. I ended getting an uber. If I knew this I would not have stayed there and wasted my $133. The morning staff was very polite but he couldn’t do anything. There’s no sign in the lobby stating any shuttle times. Will never stay there again.

This hotel was probably one of the worst I've stayed at. It is certainly the worst Hyatt property I've ever experienced. I understand that they can't help the flights that fly within a few hundred ft over the top of the hotel all night long and keep you awake, but they could try to do some other things to make our stay better but they don't. The hotel is horribly understaffed. The front desk clerk was really snotty on checkin. Most of the electrical outlets in our room we're out or had issues. Desk phone wouldn't work. The sink by the coffee pot wouldn't turn on. The bathroom in the suite is so small that you have to go in and close the door behind you before you can sit on the toilet. The bathroom fan broken. The furniture is old and worn all the corners are torn off just about everything. Our partners room had no hair dryer or iron. They had to come borrow ours. There are only 4 drawers and they are very small. The coffee pot is horribly dated. Where are the Keurig coffee pots that are in most hyatts? The television had issues. It took almost a full minute to respond to any remote control commands. I just gave up. There are no vending machines in the entire hotel. The drinks at the front desk are about $6. The breakfast was a minimal compared to other hotels. The toaster broke and jammed and the fire department showed up because the lobby filled with smoke. The next day there was no way to toast any of the breads. The good thing is it had plenty of hot water.

So happy that I chose this hotel. Customer service is back!! Staff was so professional, kind, efficient. Lobby was welcoming, clean, and nicely furnished/decorated. The ambiance was relaxing- I knew I could rest well as soon as I walked in. The room was fantastic. Double bed with a separate living room area. All the amenities that we could need were available. I loved that there were full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash rather than the wasteful travel sized bottles. Beds were wonderful, temperature was perfect, hotel was very quiet. There were plenty of breakfast choices, and breakfast was free. I usually only have yogurt so I can't say much about the food but the coffee was great! I will definitely stay here again.
