Every thing about my stay was fantastic. Room was clean. Staff were great. I didn't stay for breakfast as for me was a bit pricey. The only small negative was the furniture in the twin room I stayed in was a bit dated and worn (maybe different in the others). Everything else was perfect and I would happily stay there again. 9 out of 10.

Room was a little tired in places but the bed was comfortable and we had a great sleep. It was quiet and peaceful and we would stay again.

We stayed here as a stop point from travelling from the south of England to Blackpool. The host was super friendly and welcoming and the room was lovely, clean and spacious. Unfortunately there was some loud banging of doors from others during our stay and the bed was a little soft for my comfort but overall this a great place and offers excellent value for money.

Stayed two nights at this property, it’s very tired needs a total refit. The staff that I met are excellent helpful and very kind. The bed was fresh and clean, the bathroom was clean and the shower excellent. For what we wanted a bed for two nights and a bathroom was perfect. We’re very un entitled for someone else this might not work. There was a hairdryer fan iron and tea and coffee facilities fresh towels. I didn’t use the restaurant for either breakfast or dinner so can’t comment. We went for a family occasion and for somewhere to sleep it was ok.

Have stayed here before, it is convenient for us as our son lives in the village the room we stayed was small.The price we paid for the room which was cheaper than the last time, we thought was right for the room. First time we have tried breakfast here it was excellent, could not fault it.The lady who served us was very pleasant. Still think the rooms could do with brightening up.

Lovely little place we booked as a last minute stay. Only downside was the room was a bit too hot.

Very accommodating of my late arrival and early departure

This hotel was brilliant! It was clean, peaceful and the atmosphere was really warm and welcoming. The breakfast was appetising and fresh and tasty. The staff were concientious, friendly and welcoming and happy to help. All in all I can't recommend The Vicarage enough and would be more than happy to stay there again!

Good breakfast with many choices

The entire property is well maintained. By the time you walk in, you feel the cozy and relaxing atmosphere. I loved the place. Both breakfast and dinner were tasty with many options.

The room was clean and comfortable with everything you need including a fan which was essential because the rooms were very warm. The food was lovely.
