First and ever, the location! They have the best location for our trip, right close to the parking and located exactly in front of the main station dan tram. The staffs also very nice and accommodating, helped me a lot for the advice of good souvenirs from Firenze and to informed us the way to the hotel through phone call about the way to the hotel and the paying parking lot. The room also had been very nice and cozy, lightings are dim but beautifully arranged. The breakfast had a lot of choices and fulfilling. Highly recommended!

Front of main station, city center less than 10 minutes walk, friendly and helpful staffs.

Recommended hotel! The rooms are nice although a bit cramped, but the bathroom and balcony are spacious. Very close to the central station. Complete toiletries are provided, 4 bottles for 1 room are provided, and good staff.
