Place is very dated but has what one needs for a ski trip. Bed was comfortable. Good price. Good location.

Bath room has moisture damage to base boards and door which doesn't open fully. A small room that has only two coat hooks for your luggage. Coffee maker broke down after making two cups. There's no temprature control in the room. My SUV is too high to fit in their underground parking but has parking space behind the building.

Staff were fine. Room was clean from what I could tell. But the bed one whole side is maybe broken or just worn right out. The pillows went super flat in minutes and finally the window didn’t fully seal learning a bunch of cold air in. Probably would not stay again especially at that price.

While the rooms had been recently renovated there is need for basic maintenance on little things like towel racks, toilet seats. Need more hooks closet or place to hand a coat - only two in our room. Hot tub was not hot, had scum along the sides and way too much chlorine - burned our eyes.

Lukewarm hot tub, clean rooms, good location, decent beds, worked for what my trips was but not overly impressive.

Very cute place, it’s a good stay for quick trip in Banff. Wish the hot tub was in both hotels as it was quite cold to walk back and forth.

Hallways feel old, but room was nice. Love the Rocky Mountain soap products. Hot tub was nice but not too hot.

The staff were great, the room was clean and we had no problem staying here. We were able to deal with the issues and had a great time in Banff. Location was perfect. I rated it 3 stars because the floor obviously slanted down, the drawers on the dresser would not stay closed (likely because the floor was slanted and it was sitting at an angle). The door to the bathroom was really hard to close, looks like it had swelled. The room itself was cramped and there was no closet to hang up coats, which takes up a lot of space in the winter. But you get what you pay for, the price we paid reflects a 3 star hotel so all in all it was good.
