The room was clean, spacious, and well-kept. The place felt comfortable and relaxing, which made our stay enjoyable. The price was very affordable compared to other hotels, making it a great option for travelers who want comfort without spending too much. I would gladly stay here again.

Great room and amazing front staff- so welcoming

Worst hotel in victoria, checked into our first room and it was full of flies all over the towels, they then moved me to a new room. House cleaning woke us up at 6 am being super loud in the hallway. Then they had construction going on in the room next to us at 9am. I tried to check out and cancel my last nights stay so i could go to a new hotel. The staff refused to refund and said that it would need to be approved by a manager, they said then the manager was off site and would be back tomorrow. We booked a new hotel and called the next day when the manager was in. He refused to refund and would not give us a reason other then he is unable to. There are multiple better hotels all with in a 5 minute walk of the embassy, i strongly suggest staying any where else

Great hotel

We love the Embessy. It’s a really decent hotel for a reasonable price in a great area of Victoria. The continental breakfast is an added bonus!

The breakfast buffet is why you wanna stay here! Certain rooms have been modernized but elevator quite old. Very clean overall. Easy check in and out. Located beside BC Legislature right in the heart of downtown Victoria.

The hotel location was perfect for downtown Victoria. The room smelled heavily of carpet deoderizer when we walked in, but the room was spacious and had a great view. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The free breakfast buffet was outstanding. This is an older hotel that's been renovated, so the walls are thin and you're at the mercy of your neighbours for peace and quiet, but we had a good stay and would stay here again.

The issue was construction noise started at 9:00 am. Otherwise it's good. Manager Curt compensated us fairly. We liked the Embassy is dog-friendly!

This hotel is next to all the government buildings in the middle of Victoria. The room was clean. The desk clerk told us to book online to save $50. which I did. I had already looked it up on Expedia and was surprised it would be less expensive booking online. The only negative was parking cost 20. This is probably because parking spaces are at a minimum downtown. Our room also had a sink, stove, and refrigerator. They are remodeling. Our room was very nice.
