Absolutely everything about this resort is perfect. The staff can not do enough for you. They know what you need before you do. The rooms are beautiful, the beds comfortable, the ac is excellent. Great location to try other restaurants if you want. Beach is great for walking along or swimming in the ocean. There are two pools, with plenty of loungers. The staff does a good job of monitoring reserved chairs ( not allowed). Gym is excellent. Truly paradise.

A beautiful and luxurious stay. We got the beach villa and had direct views to the sea. Every day the hotel offers a series of activities and they go out of their way to make sure their guests are happy and have anything you need!

The airport transfers is very helpful. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The resort and room were lovely. The pool had plenty of loungers and wasn’t too busy, plus the beachfront is right there with perfect views of the sunset. The only flaw on our stay was the breakfast buffet was quite basic, compared to other hotel stays around my Thailand trip.

We really enjoyed our time at Layana. Its a well run hotel and customer service is excellent. We would go back!

Layana Resort is wonderful! The staff was so accommodating, friendly, and gracious. The room was large with a lovely covered balcony. The beach was beautiful and the water was so clear and warm. We used the resort shuttle to and from the airport, which was super convenient and a pleasant journey. I highly recommend Layana. It is the nicest resort on Koh Lanta.

We had an amazing time - overall excellent experience. We came to Layana Resort to relax and relax we did. The hotel staff was really friendly and attentious, the grounds were beautiful, the vibe was quiet and relaxed. The spa was a real treat and we enjoyed the time we spent there getting massages and mani/pedicures. The restaurant was great (especially the Thai dishes and special menus) and we had all our meals there for most of our stay. Eating by the sea never gets old :) Sunsets were beautiful, and while the sea was not safe for swimming for half of our time there (very strong tides), the pool by the beach more than made up for it.

Our stay at Layana was the highlight of our trip to Thailand. This was a family holiday for us with our adult daughters and it did not disappoint. The staff are incredible with lots of lovely little touches during our stay to make you feel special and well taken care of. We did the snorkel trip which took me well out of my comfort zone as I am not great on water but the team took such great care of us. If you are not sure about the trip don't hesitate... the Island picnic is outstanding and the snorkelling is next level with so much variety. We felt sad to leave this little spot of paradise.

This is beautiful resort with great service. My only complaint I thought I would have ocean view. And due to weather and rain the sea was too rough to swim. Wonderful spacious room with incredible bathroom! The staff was wonderful. I found room service and restaurant prices higher than the norm plus they add 10% service charge. Overall I recommend this resort

The resort facilities and ground are immaculate. Everything spotless and beautiful. The pools are amazing and peaceful. No partying or noise. The beach is beautiful, the hotel does a great job keeping it clean in front of it. Unfortunately if you go for a beach walk, lots of garbage that is not cleaned up by surrounding resorts or businesses. Breakfast is varied and delicious, specially fresh mangoes and tropical fruits. Lots of options for all tastes. They offer diverse activities, some free, some with extra charge, but everything very well organized and every detail taken care of. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and they provide good quality drinking water everywhere in the hotel.for free. Spacious and well equipped gym. But the best part of our stay was the staff. From the hotel manager, Franck, to all the restaurant staff (Kung, Tim, Khong, Sirinah) and the lady who.made our room spotless every day, and the gentlemen who served us water at the beach and pool every 30 minutes (or less), everyone smiling and so incredibly nice and friendly. Would definitely return and recommend for peaceful and relaxing beach stay in Thailand.
