Love the stayed at this resort

Clean Rooms, Clean Property Dislike, construction on site and nextdoor

I enjoyed my stay. But didn’t get my lagoon view I requested and paid for.

The staff very unprofessional and take advantage cause your not from Mexico tried to extort you for money

We got what we paid for. The food wasn’t great, almost the same menu everyday and they put too much sodium on their food. Bar closes at 11pm :(

Beautiful property

The staff in the dining areas, for recreation, and housekeeping was so thoughtful and engaged. I was extremely impressed with their work ethic and ability to remember who you were and where you were staying. I highly recommend this hotel despite negative reviews. The food was delicious. The options were never ending for dining, entertainment, and activities. The lifeguard was so diligent by the ocean, even when it was windy, the beaches were swept regularly, and there was barely any weeds compared to other areas that we’ve stayed. It was a delightful property and a wonderful experience.

Not enough drinkable water

This resort is very close to Cancun airport, room service (housekeeping) was amazing and always made sure the room was clean. The resort was a bit smaller than other ones we have been at but overall I would say it was a good experience. I just wish they had more food options for dining.

I would consider this all-inclusive resort as a low-end property. Food is mediocre, even with the reservation-only restaurants. Of note, the servers at Kai restaurant are slow and not quite hospitable. We had one of the later reservations (past 9:30 pm) since there were hardly any open times. They did not refill the appetizer section (probably because it was near closing time) so we had to scrape whatever was left while waiting. They took a long time to take our orders, and when we did, the male waiter made a comment about us putting in a lot of food orders. They were pouting when they served our food, giving us the feeling that it was an inconvenience to serve customers with late dinners. The buffet isn’t any better. The buffet choices are limited, and hardly any variety with the daily menu. The drinks are also not worth the calories. Not returning to this property again.

Good price, friendly staff.

Staff altogether were kind helpful and hustled Mr Niño in particular in my experience. Food was very good in the restaurant and the buffet. Only couple down side things didn’t really effect my trip or future choice but thinner walls like most hotels and a little bit away from everything other then the airport if you wanted to go shopping or eat something that isn’t from the hotel. My fiancés biggest was no iced coffee

The hotel beautifully blends traditional and modern design elements, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. I was impressed by how seamlessly the two styles were combined. The staff were highly responsive and attentive throughout my stay. The meals were delicious, and the entire property was exceptionally clean.

Intentional customer experience, lovely staff, lots of activities and programs.

We really enjoyed our state! The resort has everything that you need for a short stay! Employees are welcoming and make us feel comfortable all the time without harassment of timeshares. The daily shows are amazing and the staff makes daily activities. Highly recommended if you want a quiet environment to rest.

the view to beach was beautiful the food options throughout the day were very limited the app to make reservations to restaurant was difficult was informed that i had access to all the hotels from this chain nearby this information incorrect requested to have lactose free milk for 3 days at the deli until this was provided
