Hotel was very clean and quiet, walking distance from the river walk with many restaurants close by.

Great hotel

At night, somebody knocked on our window.

Front desk staff was extremely rude, hotel was clean and convenient walking distance to river walk.

The hotel was just not like other Holiday Inn Expresses. The rooms felt dirty - there was so much trash under the beds. Just didn't feel as updated or kept as others.

This hotel is close to the River walk, the area is safe, the rooms are clean.

Thank will be back again

The worst experience ever

The breakfast area was cramped. It was right at the check in area and not much room to set to have breakfast. The parking was 2 blocks away and was not noted on the website. When I booked it otherwise, I would look at somewhere else. There's also a $15 charge per day for parking. That was not noted either.

The breakfast was good, the staff was helpful and the room was clean. The signs outside were not clear ex. No check in or lobby directions visible from the road. The lobby was crowded and the front desk was not labeled or well layed out.

Lovely property with relatively cheaper parking fee compared to my others and easy walk to River side.

Worst experience. My disabled wife service dog was not allowed to stay, they were asking questions about my wife, paperwork for our dog. Completely ignorant. Luckily we went to the Element which is way better

We ended up paying $40 dollar for parking, no parking as announced in website. Mold on the bathtub corners

Free breakfast is good. The condition was good. Lots of space in the room. The side parking was a bit small, but there is additional parking behind the hotel which I recommend. Everything was close in walking distance.

Nice staff

The property needs to be updated. If you turn the AC down a couple degrees it gets humid in the room. The parking is free but around the corner. Also the check in area parking is horrible, it’s literally a small slab where everyone trys to park to unload. Also your key card deactivated automatically after each use. Each time we came back to the room or front door we had to get it fixed. They just said the cards are sensitive, but that’s even having the card in my purse pocket by itself. Huge inconvenience. The pros is it’s in a good area but definitely not worth the money you pay for each night.

Description of room was not accurate. It was clean and great location for river walk but room was extremely small. No pull out sofa bed, that was describe in reservation also stated game console in room that was false as well.

My family had a wonderful stay, enjoying the many amenities the hotel had to offer, such as the free breakfast in the mornings. Room was clean and air conditioner worked very well! Just a few minutes to walk to the River Walk and the Historic Market Place. Competitively priced to all of the other hotels. Wonderful stay!
