This is a very high end hotel with excellent ammenities

Amazing hotel! Feels very luxury. Loved the breakfast buffet as well as the rooftop bar. The turn down service each night was also very appreciated.

Absolutely loved this property close to everything great customer service ! The room was clean crisp and beautiful ! The front desk was so kind .

Our room was lovely, perfectly clean and perfectly appointed. Linens were nice with a selection of pillows available (important). The breakfast was amazing...no special coffees were offered but juices and all that was offered was perfection! We heard every siren on our street side room and the electric wall switches for lights and curtains would benefit from labels. They were quite the challenge. :-) I would have enjoyed a book with the amenities of this lovely hotel in my room and perhaps the menu for the fine dining downstairs. I checked right away in the desk drawer and around the room as I like to get familiar with location of restaurants, etc. but did not find it. A bonus was an ample supply of nespresso pods daily, fantastic cleaning crew, and a gift from the front desk of local pastry and a bottle of wine. Extremely lovely! I would stay here again and perhaps request a room on opposite side of the street. BTW, the rooftop pool is lovely and accessible from the seperate bank of elevators on 13!

The property was amazing! The room was very comfortable, the property was clean, and the location was safe. I enjoyed the Spa very much.

I liked the spa and outdoor pool in particular. Housekeeping were off and on in terms of service consistency. Front desk and their accounting system certainly can do with improvement.

Great property. Located away from Lisbon center in a nice location. Staff and service is excellent. Room was nice. Allora restaurant was 5stars!!

It was in a good location. Staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel was clean. There was limited breakfast choice for vegetarian.

Nice and convenient!

The hotel was beautiful with many amenities, in a great location and had a few nice restaurants. Everything about my stay was great except I was a little disappointed that I was unable to take advantage of the free room upgrade, and despite it being my birthday, because the hotel was almost at capacity. I felt like a few of the front desk staff were not the kindest or most helpful but Valter in particular was amazing. He really made sure I was taken care of and felt special on my birthday!! Despite the room situation and not so great view, I would still stay here again and recommend it to others.

it was fantastic hotel

We were sent to a room with broken AC. They knew it was broken, refused to change us to another room and offered a fan, instead!!! We had to talk to the manager only to find out they had more rooms available. There was no bell boy to take our luggage to the other room, and we had to do it ourselves. The reception person was completely useless, unprofessional and unfriendly. Really disappointed from the whole experience!
