The hotel was fine, it had a nice view. Food options were good, but very limited. Unfortunately, the staff was indifferent about everything. I always felt like I was bothering them even though the place was mostly empty. I had to cut my trip short by 4 days to get back home and the hotel staff would not connect me to a manager regarding my request for a refund. Also, I elevated my request through Expedia and the hotel management won’t even talk to Expedia regarding my requests for a refund. They are severely lacking in the customer service area.

Did not have tea/coffee in th he room. They could not provide us with kettle just get some warm water in the morning.

Next door Tika bar was very loud until 7am every night made worse by some guy shouting outside it all the time. We complained and got a room change opposite side of the hotel but still heard the same guy for our 4 night's shouting and waking us up, so we had very little sleep. Gym was very tired dumbbells jumped from 17.5kg to 50kg nothing in between plus no aircon so it was crazy hot inside. The aircon wasn't working in the corridors outside the rooms either. Reception staff were excellent, location of hotel is good too, plus on site EV charging €6 but was only 7kw per hour for non porsche cars. Food was okay but at the cheaper end so only had dinner there once.

Enjoyed a 5 day this smart modern hotel; staff very helpful and efficient in lobby and in the large buffet dining room. Very clean rooms and super comfortable beds gave a good rest & aircon was good. There’s ample street parking just outside (€12/night garage parking offered seemed excessive, especially for a motorbike, but neighbourhood seemed safe enough so we went with the roadside ) as well as a bus stop opposite. But we found it easy to walk everywhere in Gandia from here. The mini fridge was appreciated for keeping water chilled in our room.

I would stay away if you are traveling from out of the country

Pretty hotel but a “Palace” it is not,receptionists ignore calls and people queuing, I wasn’t given as much info in English as the Spanish couple next to us during check in so lucky for me I overheard about the services timetable. No coffee machine in the room,good bathtub,comfy beds,nice balcony with sea view at extra rate, weirdly had to pay extra for drinks at the buffet,busy, even water so I noticed a lot of guests leaving with their unfinished bottles. Pool bar overpriced but lovely barman despite being busy. 12e to park overnight.Felt more like every move was about taking money from us but location was walking distance from the beach.Not sure I’d go back.

Everything was poor

Our A/C filter was clogged and caused the a/c to work poorly. Would have liked a coffee/tea maker in the room, coffee corner in lobby was closed. Extra pillows in room would have been nice, had them sent up though with no question. A hotel/poolside snack bar would have been nice with no restaurants in the hotel available.

The service is not good and not friendly. When u need a service, they did not follow up, the check in was slow and the most critical was they hired a band to play until midnight, very loud and could not sleep with the noise. After 1am, neighborhood also talk until 2am , the isolation system is bad. Terrible!!

For a big hotel I felt at home with the service and atmosphere

The air conditioning never worked properly even though we called for service/repairs twice. Place was last renovated in the seventies, and it showed. Staff was marginally helpful when approached

This is a very clean hotel that serves up great food. The room was a good size, light and airy. We had a good size bulcany with wonderful views. The mattress was rock hard and we could hear our neighbours. The foyer bar was very noisy, it needed sound proffing. The service was OK. The reception desk service was not as friendly as we have been used to, but they did assist us when we needed it.

We were there for the falles, which is a great experience of the Valencia culture. Just as long as you like fireworks!

This hotel has seen better days. Casino was closed/boarded up. Hotel was represented to be much closer to beach than it actually was although well within walking distance. Bed in hotel was about as comfortable as sleeping on 2x4's, but that seems to be Spain!! Just was less than what was expected.

Solo que tienen que mejorar un poco con el lavado de la toalla Le tienen que poner más suavisante por qué las toallas tienen un olor raro Pero el resto bien
