No breakfast

We had a great stay! The room was very clean, and the customer service was exceptional. We were upgraded to a suite on the 11th floor and the view was really nice.

The room was dirty. Old garbage and hair.

Excellent stay. Used skywalk to get to concert. Hotel was very clean and quiet.

Stay was good. The fire alarm outside the bathroom continued to go off from the steam of the shower.

Stayed here before. Convent, clean, and safe. I’d stay there anytime

Great location. Bobby the driver is awesome.

It was nicely remodeled and the staff was very attentive. Very quiet and clean.

My favorite part about this property was the staff. From valet, to the front desk, to the barista to the management team, everyone was friendly, personable and went out of their way. The property was very clean and the rooms were roomy.

Overall good stay! Good location, walking distance to many things. Check to see if you have continental breakfast…. We were told we did and then didn’t have it . Rooms were clean, very small bathroom.

Ir was really quiet and a very relaxing environment. The bar food was amazing! The only down side was i had to pay for parking. $10 for overnight.

Was a nice room.

When I got to the hotel, I was given a key to a room that somebody had already been in. Once I got the key to my room, I got everything unloaded and left to go to drill when I got back. I went to shower but had to wait 30 minutes for the shower to turn to warm. Everyone was friendly, but I didn’t get the best experience out of the services provided

Building is old, heating maples noise through the night . Thin walls.
