I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful. The hotel felt relaxed for our mixed family group, and I would say it was family friendly. The location is good, but you can easily spend a day by the pool using the small play park area if you’re looking for a more relaxed day. A few more hooks or hanging options in the room would be appreciated and the ground floor foyer toilets are in need of a refurb as they slightly let the hotel down. Otherwise a brilliant stay and I would return.

The rooms were very large and clean. The staff were curtious and friendly. Ideal position for sea front and many nice restaurants.

Bright, clean bedroom. Exceptional buffet at both breakfast and evening meal. Pool and outdoor facilities extremely clean and well maintained. Friendly and professional staff.

Second time staying here and it was wonderful again. Everything about the hotel is great. Staff are lovely, bed and pillows very comfy. Didn’t eat at the hotel as so many places close by.

Rooms are meant to be deluxe and it's really dated, broken or worn decor. Needs a proper refurb. The reception staff were not very friendly too.

Excellent hotel with clean rooms and facilities in a quiet location with a short walk down to the beachfront. The dining and menu options were excellent, we were never bored of the choices provided and the staff were kind and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay.

We always stay at this hotel and feel at home there. Very attentive staff and very convenient location and facilities which include underground parking.

very clean hotel. We were half board and found the plenty of choice and really good dining room staff. Lovely pool area BUT pool did not open until 10 am whick is a very bad point in our view. This needs to be addressed as there was a lot of people complaing about this.

This is our second visit to this hotel. Staff excellent, rooms clean. Pool lovely and very clean. In good spot for the town and beach. Only thing as a four star they should have tea and coffee in the rooms. We were b and b, breakfast is superb

Stayed 2 nights so we could relax after an operation. We had a lovely relaxing time and would certainly return. The spa was very clean and the ambiance was perfect.

Nice hotel, great staff and lovely food. Not a fan of the lifts as they are glass sided and I dont like heights - but that's more a me problem than the hotel.

Great hotel, staff excellent. Rooms spacious and clean and you get amazing views of the mountains. Breakfast is not to be missed. Abundance of fresh fruits, pastries, cheeses and hot food, plus Cava and freshly squeezed orange juice.

This was bad experience, AC didn’t work. Room was dirty

The only issue we had was the bed, mattress was far too hard it was like sleeping on a plank of wood. We were given a mattress topper but it made little difference.

All good no problems.
