This is a great option near the highway if you have an overnight stop. Close enough to walk to a shopping mall with loots of restaurants and shops. Free curb side parking. Great full breakfast!.

Breakfast was reasonably ok. Room was noisy as it was the last one of the wing. Only one towell. Other than that fair for a two star hotel

The area around the property was dirty, but the hotel itself was very nice. Their breakfast is amazing. The staff is very kind.

Good Hotel for the price, about 20 min from the city of Madrid in bus which stop is like 5 min away and to drop you off if right in front of hotel on the way back. Rooms are decent but not modern but will do the job. Breakfast is decent for an extra 8euros per person, but staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall satisfied costumer

Carpet felt dirty and towels were not super absorbent. No kettle in the room but I guess that’s ibis itself? Regardless, I was surprised when they couldn’t provide a kettle when requested for it.

It is a hotel on the outskirts of Madrid and only caters for those with transportation. Quite old, needs a refurbishment.

Everything was fine except for the air-conditioning, it was a very hot weekend and no AC,they say because is central and was kind of a little cold at night they shut the whole AC off ,and you have to open the window, the staff and the service was great

Service at the Ibis Alcorcon was excellent. Felt very looked after and staff very helpful. Cleanliness excellent and again staff was very helpful.

Was given a smoking room without being told. Wasn't even aware they still existed. Stank of tobacco and we were unable to change it until the next night. Couldn't sleep because the bed and pillows had the smell ingrained. Next room was identical (the same every ibis) without the stench.
