Great location on the park. A bit of a walk from most tourist attractions but short walk to the Prado and train station which was convenient. Staff were very helpful.

Beautiful property but was under construction while we were there and got woken up early to banging every morning . Tough to handle with the jet leg. Otherwise it was fantastic. Amazing staff.

Perfect on everything, there could be a better customer service between tour guides and clients.

Overall pretty over priced - get an Airbnb over this. The high points: the staff was super friendly and helpful at all times, the hotel itself is beautifully restored and the location is great. Low points: the bed was not comfortable, the room was almost hard to walk in it was so small, our tub was broken and the 24-hour room service mentioned was technically available, but there were only 5ish things on the menu. We left and stayed at an Airbnb that was 3x the size, at an even better location, with a balcony a view, jacuzzi tub and same sized bed for less than half the price.

Fantastic staff so kind and helpful and huge beautiful rooms in the best location one could ask for. I will certainly return!

very good location, right across street from Retiro Park. front desk was very friendly and welcoming. the room was clean and spacious. but it's a bit older, need some updating.

Fantastic property. Location and service were extraordinary.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It had old world charm and yet was very modern, updated large rooms/with beautiful bathrooms. Air conditioning was exceptional for Europe though we were not in summer heat, it was still in the 80's! Staff was professional and efficient and greeted you each time you walked into the lobby. Only concern was that the breakfast was very expensive--it was good & bountiful--but one can only eat so much early in the day. Our last day, we had to leave the hotel for our flight early like 3am due to strike by security personnel at airport & so we did pay for the breakfast for that day but of course missed it though staff offered to pack us a box, we declined. But at 29 Eur each it would have been nice if they offered to reimburse us. Needless to say, we would not pay for the breakfast again esp. as there were so many charming cafes nearby for way less Euros !

This hotel is so beautiful and amazing. The room was huge. The bath was amazing. The location is on point. I couldn’t be happier.

I was traveling with my son and got an upgrade. After checking we met Rafa Nadal staying at the same hotel. what an experience. The room and hotel staff perfect!
