Loved the Aqua club bar area - food was ok. Did not like that you had to pay for the cabanas. Had a butler but only saw him once after checking in and was there 6 night

Excellent Service, great hotel and food - thoroughly worth it

This place is awesome, the friendliness of the staff, the food, as well as the spa was amazing. The drinks were a little watered down but I cannot wait to return to this place. They treat you like royalty!!

Live Aqua an amazing choice for our 6 days of relaxation vacation just what we needed, this place is full of life the resort wont let you get bored they have activities every hr, there staff is amazing

Second time here, and just as pleased as the first time. The staff is what truly makes this place spectacular. They are so welcoming and go out of their way to ensure you are enjoying your stay. The resort has a spa like atmosphere and smells amazing with fruit infused water available all over the resort. All the food at the restaurants is always posh and wonderful. The only downsides but not really were: While the restaurants are wonderful, sometimes we just wanted something a little less grand and didn’t want to eat tacos as a default. We did mention that we were there to celebrate our 25th anniversary when we booked as we were asked if we were celebrating anything. It was not acknowledged at all, which is fine. We were asked again at the resort at front desk and the restaurant, but nothing was never acknowledged, which is also fine but why ask if you’re not going to. We then noticed others with cabanas with signs for anniversaries and birthdays. Maybe they paid extra for this service. The cost of a cabana is pretty steep, but if you don’t want to burn you’ll need to be prepared to pay it. All of the chairs and umbrellas get snatched up pretty quickly in the morning.

Great stay. Had an AC and lighting issue and each time they were fixed within 10 minutes. Hidden Garden and MB had the best food.

Second time visiting Live Aqua. I love it here. The first time being an Aqua Club Member and it was great!. I loved my butlers Eladio and Viri they were super helpful! I would also like to shout out Ruben Torres from Azur restaurant Super nice guy!. Daniel from El Siete and also Ricardo ! they were all wonderful and made our stay enjoyable for sure. Will be coming back soon!

The hospitality is something I will never forget. The formed relationships and trust with staff and feeling so comfortable during my stay is definitely a reason why I'll be back in the future.

Everything at Live Aqua Cancun was marvelous. We had a fabulous time!
