Food options - very similar night on night. The VIP status only works when staff are engaged with it.

Nice entertainment. Many activities and good food selection. Drinks at the beach are average or below. Customer Relations need work. The lady at that desk was on her cell phone while talking to us. She looks like in a hurry for us to leave. Her instructions of how to get to the beach were vague. Our phone at the room did not work. She said someone will go to fix it. Nobody came. The QR information at the room did not work either. She said that is common. Employees need more customer service training!

The hotel, pools and beach were very beautiful. Service very good. Lots of activities and options for food and drinks. Family friendly. Very clean overall.

Otel genel olarak güzeldi, sadece masaya servisler çok yavaştı, eğlence olarak da dışarıdan gelen ekipler iyiydi ama animasyon ekibi ya çok pasif yada çok kendi halindelerdi ki gittiğim oteller arasından en zayıf eğlence bu konuda buradaydı Tonmaisterları eğlence ekibinden çok daha fazla gördük onun dışında yemekler başarılıydı çeşitlilik iyiydi her saat yemeğe ulaşabilmek güzeldi plajdaki iskele bu oteli deniz severler olarak diğerlerinden ayırıyor dolayısıyla tekrar gidebilirim ama çok daha sosyal bir otel tercihi yapmak isteyenler için başka alternatifler de değerlendirilebilir.

This would of been a perfect review had the bathroom just been up to scratch - 5 star resort with a 3 star bathroom.

Loved the property and layout, swimming good size for the children, staff friendly and helpful, only downside was no no-smoking areas when watching/listening to the live music during the evening.

Very elegant and luxurious resort with a large pool and beach access. The food was great too. We enjoyed the beach club at the pier and pool amenities.

The Good The aqua park and nightly amphitheater shows were top-notch, providing fantastic entertainment. The pools were great, with the smaller one offering a good alternative to the busy main pool. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the beach bar had a wonderful atmosphere, although bug spray is recommended. The Bad The disco was a major letdown, with a limited techno music selection and loud music. The room was disappointing, not meeting the standard of a 5-star hotel, with minor issues like a lack of cups in bathroom to rinse mouth. Transportation was also a problem; the hotel was late with luggage collection, and the taxi was cash-only despite being told otherwise. The a la carte restaurant was a poor experience, ruined by a disruptive guest and an unhelpful staff response. Finally, the spa and sauna were in poor condition due to broken tiles and excessive heat. Be aware that communication can be a challenge, as things often get lost in translation.

Quite bit crowded, but me and my wife, we have been enjoyed our stay 4 nights in your hotel.

the room was good size, but the bathroom was far too small and the shower door did not close properly so there was always water coming on to the bathroom floor. kettle in the room was faulty, but this got replace once the fault was pointed out. lots of variety in food!
