Nice property

The location was great. Close to everything, the old city, walking distance from the port and the metro station . The staff was very friendly and helpful to give directions to go around the city. I really recommend this place.

Amazing, central hotel with wonderful and helpful front of house staff

AC not working in room. Ants in room. Dated bathroom and decor. Close to Spanish Quarter and port. Many dining options near by. For transparency, I didn’t speak to a manager for support and after 1 night, I simply made the decision to leave early and change hotels.

Excellent location. Close to many shops, restaurants and transportation. Front desk staff were amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Executive room on 3rd floor had a small Juliette style balcony and room was a good size.

The hotel was excellent. The rooms themselves were very old linens and towels. There was not a chair in the room and the shower was extremely slippery.

The location is great but we stayed just one night because the next day we took off to Sorrento but this hotel is close and walking distance to great attractions. Mario de Manager was very helpful,great attitude.

Do not book this property. The area isn’t great, and the AC doesn’t work. This is supposed to be a 4 star property taking over $200/night, and they are lying about the AC not working. We booked 3 rooms as a group, and they gave each of us a different excuse as to why the AC wasn’t working. Reasons ranged from city hall cutting their power (clearly a lie since everything else was working) to technician has turned it off and it won’t turn on till after the weekend. Properties also usually take any payments at check out. Conveniently these folks asked for payment up front, knowing all these issues. The rooms were also very small, and dated. Will not be staying here again. Do not recommend.

Skip this place. It is way too noisy at night. The elevator motor was shaking the walls all night. You couldn’t pay me enough to do that again. Messed up a whole day from no sleep.

We booked this hotel based on pictures and reviews online. The room was on the first floor facing the main street. Not only was it old, dirty and the shower drain was clogged (they had to come unclog the drain) but also it was extremely loud. There was noises coming from the street from honking cars, people talking and waking by and loud music coming from the cars driving by. I could hear cars honking until 2AM!!! I would give this hotel zero if I could! The hotel staff were extremely nice but just sucks that we had such a terrible room which was very different from pictures online. They were sold out or else we did ask them to move our room but I’m sure it wouldn’t have helped with the dated room!

Good place to stay for one night in Naples. Good location. Excellent recommendation for dinner 3 minutes away at local seafood restaurant. Was excellent. The shower drain was slow. Didn’t love the bright yellow paint and bright lighting in bathroom but overall good choice.

Great location

Wonderful 3 night stay before sailing trip. Front desk folks were very helpful with walking and restaurant info. Breakfast staff and food also very good. Room was always clean and made up. Bed comfortable. Great location for city exploration.

Good location, clean and decent breakfast.

There were no elevator to reach our room in the first floor. So we have to carry our heavy suitcases. The room is a bit noisy because it faces the street. The balcony with a view shown in the breakfast area photos is misleading because it does not have that view. The safety box uses a key… which you must not lose…
