Well, to start the room I reserved was not available. It was a mess so the replacement room was not what we needed with 2 kids. They had to sleep on the floor which was not ideal. Interaction with all of the staff was great. I would say that the pool needed attention. It was really dirty when we were there. The food in the restaurant was good, but I thought it was a little overpriced. It's location is at the edge of town in a industrial area so if you don't have your own transportation then you will need a taxi to go anywhere. In saying that, I would stay there again in the future if I find the need.

First room had a television and a telephone that didn't operate second room the sink and shower would not drain. Only two large styles of the room. If whatever reason that made knocked on the door at 10:00 to get our towels.

I like that its close to the exit of the city. However, this hotel needs major upgrades and remodeling. The bathrooms are very old, the sinks are cracked, the tiles are broken. The lighting in the rooms is very outdated and not all lights work properly.
