Beautiful place and location. A bit dated with the furnishing but the bed was very comfortable. I really appreciated the action that the staff members took when I had multiple issues with my room and they’ve accommodated us to a new room that was much better. Service was too notch.

Good stay, slight older resort but nice with a great VIP pool area.

Second time I’ve stayed here and it’s convenient, clean and a great location. Do t need to leave the hotel during the day, lovely pool area to relax by and a lovely lunch menu

We came back to the room after having dinner and the air condition was leaking so much water through the ceiling that we had to switch rooms at 12am. The resort did nothing to accommodate us just provided a new room. Not good customer service.

Amazing hotel, absolutely delicious food very friendly staff plenty of amenities directly onto the beach if you are all inclusive you really get your money’s worth and you can even take your drinks onto the beach.

Amazing for the situation, the rooms with a view, the terraces, the garden, the piano bar and the shows.. A little less for the meal. Hotel parking too expensive. Not enough deckchairs. Well-maintained exteriors but would deserve little renovation.

Excelente, hotel, ubicación, servicio, limpieza, le desayuno, todo increible, lo único que no me agradó es que para ser un Hotel 5 estrellas, no incluya el estacionamiento, y el costo aparte del mismo no tiene sentido con el precio

great for the beach

Great position to the beautiful beach

We had a lovely stay. Unfortunately the cafe was closed for the duration, the beach grille was not serving food for the duration and the restaurants were closed on certain nights. The rooms were nice but a bit tired, noisy fridge and smelly aircon.
