It was quiet staff very helpful worth the stay

I recently stayed at the Courtyard at Multiplaza and, unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the hotel has the undeniable advantage of being directly connected to the upscale Multiplaza mall—which offers great shopping and dining options—the positives largely stop there. The air quality in the room was noticeably poor, with a musty, stale scent that made the space feel anything but fresh. Worse still was the state of the bedding: one of the beds had sheets so wrinkled it was obvious they had been used before—not exactly the standard you’d expect from a Marriott-branded property. Breakfast was mediocre at best, with limited options and uninspired flavor. The coffee, in particular, was ghastly—bitter, burnt, and undrinkable. Honestly, next time I might just skip breakfast entirely. I had considered booking a massage during my stay, but the prices were outrageously high, which quickly put an end to that plan. All in all, if you’re looking for a convenient place to crash after shopping at Multiplaza, this hotel might work. But if you’re expecting comfort, cleanliness, and quality service, you’ll likely be disappointed.

The service was excellent, and the ataff was awesome . The rooms were nice and the breakfast was really, really good.

Very clean, and a great location. Footsteps away from great shopping, food and essentials. Will definitely stay there again

Great Estate

Very convenient location.

Room was musty especially and when you put the air conditioner on the dust blew around. The AC filters need to be changed. I have respiratory issues and had to go to see a doctor. He felt it was something in the room that triggered my medical issues which make sense now.

Room was well appointed and clean but decor showed its age but the one disappointment is the smell of humidity in room. But A/C was working very well. Very well located for us needing to go to Canadian embassy. Next to a very well appointed mall too.

The attached Multiplaza mall provides convenient options. However, the vents on the 6th floor and in our room appeared unclean.

Location to services and mall was a plus. Staff was also really helpful and friendly and bilingual. The infrastructure was dated and falling apart in places. For examply door to my bathroom could close properly. And you will notice several places where it was broken or cracked. Not o mention the dated look especially with the dead looking carpet from the 80s. Also the tub in the bathroom is accomodating for kids not a grown man to shower properly.

Rooms are very dated. Service is good.
