The hotel is a bit outdated, the staff is proffessional and friendly. The rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast could also be improved with more healthy options. I was there during the big power outage in Spain and I was surprised that the hotel did not have generators to power the critical infrastructure in the building. I need to praise the staff during that day as they were beyond their duty to help everyone, especially the waiters in the cafe/restaurant who were under a lot of preassure but they did brilliantly.

Great value for your money. About 15 minutes from the airport. Only downside is there is no metro station closer to this hotel. At least 15 to 20 minute walk. Hotel is in great condition. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Recommend this place.

Clean, convenient with helpful staff and a decent breakfast buffet

The property is beautiful in general. It needs to improve its included breakfast by offering a wider variety of items. The A/C in the room (very spacious) was not working properly. The pillows need to be changed to better ones because the ones that were offered do not give the proper head support. Also, the mattresses need to be changed to more comfortable ones. Loved the Ilunion brand shampoo/body soap that was offered. The staff was very friendly and very helpful and prompt when I was checked in to an uncleaned room by mistake. The situation was resolved right away. I like the proximity of the property to the airport which is one of the main reasons I chose it. I would like to see the property improve in the mishaps mentioned above to consider another future stay.

The hotel was excellent value for money, the room was spacious, the bed very large, the air con worked as did the Wi-Fi. The reception was open 24 hours and the restaurant stayed open until 23:00. The breakfast was very nice and there is also an Irish bar, a couple of restaurants and a supermarket very close by. The bus stop into town was a few yards away and the Metro was only a 17 minute walk away. When I go back to Madrid, I will look to stay here again.

Hotel and staff are excellent for a 4-star-hotel. The bus stop for line 28 to Puerta de Alcala is across the hotel and the subway station Suances is at 12 minutes walk.

the hotel was wonderful super close to the stadium Metropolitano, close to transportation, room bed, restaurant , food, services and staff were absolutely oustanding.

Heater fan in the room was quite noisy. Had to turn it off at night.

Nice room to be close for an Athletico Madrid soccer game. The facilities themselves are very nice and clean. Area around it is not great for hanging out.

The hotel was nice and clean and modern. The staff were nice and helpful. However the menu of their dinner was so limited to me. Also I feel like for breakfast it is better if the waiter come to the desk and fill up the coffee if requested. The cleaner always got my cups and clean it and return it to me. I expected to get the new ones not washing them in front of me. There was no catalogue in the room even specifing how to call the reception. The handsoap was not provided. when I asked about it they gave me a body lotion saying it does the same thing. It would be nice if they provided the room with a bottle of mineral water. The location was pretty close to airport but dont expect to find anything around there not even a nice restaurant to go.
