Overall a very good place for the money. The AC unit in our room, when set to auto, ran continually thru the night, so that was a bit of an annoyance. At breakfast, they ran out of omelletes at 9 am... 30 minutes before breakfast was over. No muffins even offered. So, for brekkie I'd rate it a B- to a C +. Otherwise, we're happy with the choice to stay there.

Good overall. Only comment is there is no grab bars in the bathroom. This is all too common with other hotels and should be a requirement in our opinion.

Seems to have been renovated or updated. I wish others could be cognizant that they are not alone in a 3 story hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast room may be a little small to serve all their guests but the attention in this room was good.

Hotel location was ok. But aircon never came on at night had to manually turn it on every night, As well as noisy old style.

Very friendly staff. We were pleasantly surprised to have a jacuzzi tub in our room. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The king sized bed was so comfortable.

We had the king premium room with the jacuzzi tub and it was very nice and spacious and perfectly clean. The front desk lady was friendly but quite busy, had to wait a few minutes to check in. My husband did get food poisoning from the free breakfast though.

Might have been a bad day but first impressions are important. Floors were not good, hallways dirty floors need a vacuum guys gals! Hotel is aging and keeping it clean is important.

Pretty worn and dumpy on the inside. A bit smelly. Didn’t try the included breakfast. Friendly staff at the desk.

It too bad the hotel has made the whole ground floor into a dog kennel and there is a shortage of rooms for people who don’t want to sleep in one. Put the dogs upstairs out of the way and don’t inconvenience all the other people.

Location.

Room was clean and spacious but very hot and we had to open the window to cool it down. No kettle in the room for tea only coffee available but hot water available from the breakfast room which had to be carried in the lift up to the room. Korean restaurant adjacent had good meal choices. Breakfast offered a range of hot and cold dishes, but if you are trying to be more ‘green’, please get rid of the plastic knives and forks (the knives wouldn’t even cut through the omelette) and paper cups and plates?! Why, all the waste was put in together, no recycling at all! No, please use proper crockery, sort the waste and wash the dishes

We had a nice sleep in a very comfortable bed after exploring the trails. And having breakfast included was great.
